Not waiting for your call !!!

I was contacted by a sales associate after looking at a vehicle on line. She took some information and said she would talk to her sales manager and call me right back. Well it’s been 4 days no call. Another sales associate sent an email the next day and has not responded to me response. Very poor service. Wouldn’t buy from them. Felt blown off.

Got ripped off by Chris in Finance department

Chris is an absolute crook. I was charged over $4,000 for a service plan on a car that cost $13,900! Dealers set their own prices for these, so read the fine print. Then to cancel I was charged nearly $300 to do so. I was also charged sales tax on an exempt vehicle and was refused that refund, so now I have to file paperwork directly with Washington state department of revenue.

Mr. Julian, Sales tax exemptions with the Washington State DOR are not clear and concise. Under my direction I require my finance department to charge sales tax when we are not clear on an exemption status. However, my finance manager is not a crook, and I do not appreciate your demeaning comments. This situation could have been handled more professionally and I would have gladly sat down with you to discuss best practices to resolve your issue. I have since contacted the DOR and discussed this situation and will be refunding your bank the sales tax amount you paid on the vehicle purchase. In addition, we will be refunding your bank the cancellation amount of your service contract and Gap waiver per your instructions. Its not just ffor car loans,its also car delivery!

If it werent for COVID-19, that social distancing became a new reality. But knowing the dealership handles car financing and theyd make house calls for car test drives and if one finances a vehicle-they have delivery for that too folks!! 😎🤙🏼

World Class Service

Came in needing wiper blades, as rainy season is approaching quickly. From parts to service, everyone was so nice and friendly. Parts installed my wiper blades and got me a bottle of water while I waited. First class service!

amazing dalesmanship

Jim did a great job. appreciated the extra time he took to walk us thru in detail about the var and all its options. he was very knowledgeable and patient. greg did a thorough job on the financing. thank you very much !
