This place has literally embarrassed me, considering how horrible the customer service is. They never gave us money back for something they messed up on. I literally have no idea how in the world that business is still standing. I hope the absolute worst for them.

Gave me a truck to test for a huge fee. Reminder, this was just a test, to see if I even wanted it.... broke down on the interstate in the middle of rush hour traffic, hit my head, and then decided to pay for a tow to get it back to them. I thought I was being nice. They decided to keep the money and not give me the truck. It's been months now and still no money. Just be careful with these people. They are bad

The company is scary. They used my name without permission. I didn't trust their google reviews, but then realized very quickly when I got there, this place was just as said. Very poor attitudes and vehicles.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at Rocky Top Auto Sales. Due to a recent move and a job change, I was having trouble finding someone to finance me. I pass the dealership on my way to work and decided to call in and see what they had to offer. Our salesman, Mike, was super helpful and supportive over the phone. Before I ever walked in the door, I felt like this company would go to work for me and ensure an honest, fair deal. They did that and so much more!! Initially we had some trouble financing me for the car I was interested in. Instead of selling me something I wasn't as happy with, Mike and Rocky Top Auto Sales worked around the clock to get me in the car I wanted. They really seemed eager to work with me and my unique circumstances to ensure I was truly happy with my purchase. I couldn't be more grateful for your trustworthiness, your honesty, your family oriented environment, and your entire team's effort. Thank you so much! We will continue to remain your loyal customer!
