Bad experience.
Bad experience. I went to test drive a car. We had bought our van from here in 2019 and it has been a good vehicle. We wanted something for my wife. We looked at 2 cars. A Subaru Outback and a Honda CR-V. The Subaru had no gas. I didn't want to test drive it and have to put gas in it. The CR-V wouldn't start. He tried to jump it. No luck. Bad battery. They didn't really act like they cared. The sales person was like "Well. It happens." Didn't invite me back, ask me to look at anything or show any interest in helping. It is a real bummer because we were going to spend $25,000 here on a new car. They don't seem to want to maintain their vehicles and don't care when customers walk away, so I guess we will go somewhere else.

Had a marvelous time purchasing my son‘s first
Had a marvelous time purchasing my son‘s first truck/vehicle. Everybody was very friendly, the facility was beautiful and very clean. Eric was our sales person and he did him wonderful job. Definitely give him a five star rating. Would definitely refer anyone to go there, and hopefully looking forward to doing more business at that facility!

Great dealership. Very honest about the condition of the vehicle. They will even send you a detailed video of the vehicle before you drive over there. I worked with my man Eric. He is awesome.

The dealership was very accommodating.
The dealership was very accommodating. I was able to reserve the car that I was looking at, which was important because I was coming from out of state. When I arrived the car was clean and immediately ready for a test drive. The buying process was fast and there were no hidden dealer fees. I didn’t get the interest rate I was hoping for, but other than that everything went the best it could. The salesmen also seemed honest and helpful.

Very little feed back from dealership and next the truck was in for repairs. Then they text back and said it was sold.

The saleman, Mr.
The saleman, Mr. Cherry was very patient, fantastic to work with and promptly responded to my calls. Carfax showed it was a one owner with no accidents. After the owner sold it, it was owned by 3 other large automobile dealers (not used car lots) and Perkins made number 4. That raised red flags, so I contracted a pre-purchase inspection service. The inspection turned up that the truck had moderate accident damage. Damage to the front of the truck and the rear. The majority of the damage was at the front. Infact, AutoCheck vehicle History Report showed it had accident damage. It surprices me that it went thru 4 dealers and nobody noticed the damage repairs. It also surprices me that CarFax did not find and report such damage. In general it was a good truck, although no adjustment was made to the price of the truck to compensate for the depreciation caused by the accident. I personally would not pay market value for any damaged vehicle.

Bought a used car that had an issue within 30 days when...
Bought a used car that had an issue within 30 days when getting state inspection. Bailey jumped on it and helped get it fixed at their cost and not thru an extended warranty. Really appreciate them doing what is right!
