I have been searching for a car for over a month. I have a small budget and when they listed a good quality car under my budget I jumped at buying it.... The car is great, but I wasn't initially approved for financing. They spent what felt like forever calling the banks and making deals until I was approved. They didn't need to do the extra work, but they did. In the end I got a great car under my budget. I highly recommend this place.

The new car was more than my Wife expected, she likes the heated seats and the way its drives. I had the car back to have the a recall on computer updated.... The service department had me back on the Road in a short Time .

I love my new vehicle however I feel like there was a break down of communication. I was told a week after purchasing my vehicle that I owed an additional... 500.00 but only after I called to get the correct weather mats. I never received one phone call and was told after driving over there that I would not be able to get the mats until the money was paid. I told them that someone should have made me aware of this before I drove all the way there. I even questioned the day I purchased my vehicle about the 500.00 . It should have been addressed at that time. I paid the fee however I don't think I will do business there again unless I have to.
Hi Jennifer, we are sorry your experience was less than 5-stars. You owed the additional $500 when you elected to use a different lender and lost a $5...00 rebate from Hyundai Motor Finance. We did attempt to contact you multiple time to get this payment, and did not want to order floormats until the deal was complete with the $500. We understand this was frustrating, but we did attempt contact you prior to your arrival. Thank you for your comments.
