Very rude and not very helpful in choosing a vehicle also didn’t know much about their vehicles. They’re prices were also a lot higher then most dealers. Selection and inventory was very minimal almost seems like they were going out of business. Everyone we tried to get help from was rude like if they just didn’t want to be there

The lack of professionalism, accountability, and poor quality of work I’ve experienced is beyond unacceptable. I trusted your dealership, but clearly, that was a mistake. I am upset, and I feel that my time, money, and trust have been completely disregarded.

I very pleased and happy thanks to Pablo Sosa for making my deal happend. I trade in a 2020 Ram Rebel short cab and drove off with a same model and year but this one was Fully loaded full size rear doors and many more upgrades so big shout outs to Pablo Sosa and Rabih Mustapha. So if you're on the market for a new truck,jeep or any other vehicle stop by and hopefully you'll drive off on your new dream vehicle Again thank you and Happy New Year to all.

This is the worst dealership I have had to ever deal
This is the worst dealership I have had to ever deal with. First we bought a truck from them in Dec of 2022. In August of 2023 the truck died in the middle of the intersection. I took it back being only about 9 months old and they told me without looking at it. It was going. To take about 30 days to look at the truck. When they finally looked at it they found metal in the fuel tank fuel lines and all over. They said they would take care of it because it was under warranty. However I found out later that it was in fact a factor defect. The truck was give back to me about 3 months later with parts not put back on the car in the back seat. They said they forgot to put those back. I then took my truck to I10 for an oils change as usual end of June 2024 then in July 2024 a few weeks after my oil change my truck burst into flames in the 10 highway only to be totaled by the insurance company. I canceled my extended warranties that cost me about $6000 and as of today I have only gotten a refund for one of them as they have told me they sent the money else where. The place is a night mare and the people that work there are just as bad. Refusing to take calls and to call you back. Saying they are waiting for something and not telling what they are waiting for. Don’t waste your money guys.

Beware, my father is a disabled senior citizen.
Beware, my father is a disabled senior citizen. He drove his car in for a recall. After picking up his car, it stalled 3 times on the way home. They don't know what they are doing! The other option, would be that this was on purpose. I'm having to seek counsel now, because they do not take responsibility the damage they cause!

Excellent experience purchasing our new Grand Cherokee.
Excellent experience purchasing our new Grand Cherokee. We called ahead and they had the car ready to drive in front of the building. Deal took just over two hours and we were on our merry way in the new car. Very efficient and a great team to work with, highly recommended!

I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I keep my vehicles for many years, especially when I like them. Unfortunately, Chrysler is now off my list. Dealership and corporate customer service are basically non-existent. Here's my story. Back just before COVID popped up, I had a recall for a part that was defective. It was the dashboard leather cover. I took my car into this dealership (I10 in Indio, CA) and they took pictures and said it qualified for the recall. I took my car in for service a couple more times in the next few months and asked about the recall - they stated I shouldn't expect anything soon, since there were delays due to COVID. This went on for two years - every time I asked, they would tell me "When your part comes in, you'll be notified". Turns out they never ordered it. And now they are denying any knowledge. After leaving a bad review for their customer care experience, I was contacted by Caitlin of the Jeep Customer Engagement Team . Of course they are denying all responsibility as well. No more Chrysler for me - they don't stand behind their product.

All they care about is getting a good survery and will literally delepte your email if you give them a bad vibe. Ever since val the wanna be service manager got there. They have gone to xxxx. No improvement whatsoever has happened at this dealership. Management from the top like paul mckenna is the worse. He does not know how to run a dealership. Hire new people owner
