My sales consultant Eli Carr was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. When it came time to get down to business sales manager Loualai Lor did not bat an eye on the price I was looking for. Car lots have had a bad name in years past, but not Modern Nissan of Hickory, it was refreshing to have someone willing to earn your repeat business. I am definitely recommending Mr Carr and Mr Lor. Thank you!!!

Everyone is always so pleasant and considerate.

Everyone is always so pleasant and considerate. While waiting for my service my water bottle was dripping. I asked one of the salesman if there was a paper towel I could use to wipe up the water spot on the floor and he came and cleaned it up and since the bottom of the bottle was still dripping he put a cup cozy on it. Nissan has a work staff to be proud of.

Everything was done in a quickly matter.

Everything was done in a quickly matter. They wasn't going to be able to do a trade in but with some work they was able to work out a way for me to trade and drive off with a brand new suv. Everything was explained well I didn't leave with questions unanswered. The staff was very friendly.
