Professional and Timely
The owner, Tony, was quick to answer my emails and phone calls. They had the right make of car at my price point. The made some minor repairs and ordered the replacement parts in a very timely manner. Everyone was courteous and there were no pressure tactics at all. I set up a time to drive the car, got with my bank and everything was done in just a couple of days. I would recommend Moundbuilders to anyone looking for a nice used car at a fair price.

Drive 4 hours from Michigan, but worth every penny and every second. the price of dealer is very good and process is super fast

Great Experience
Worked with the owner which I think is Tony in the begining, then Brandon great guys both went above and beyond to meet my expectations dealer usually closes at 7 but stayed opened for me till 9 instead, he understood I was coming from Michigan to there for the beautiful bmw that I got from them. Filled up my tank and worked out great deal. Would deffintley recommend these guys and would deffintley buy a car from them again in the future. Thank you for everything Moundbuilders Motor Group.

Great Experience
These guys were great to deal with. Purchased a 2006 Bmw 330xi last month. The car was very clean and drives great. I complained about the car being low on fuel (after I negotiated) and they filled up the tank after we finished the paperwork. No questions asked. Very accommodating in every aspect. Never got to see the car!
Wanted to go see a Mazda 6i for my son. I used Cars.com to initially contact the dealer, and he (Tony?) responded with an email. Fine. On the day I went to see the car, I called the morning of the trip to let them to let them know I was on my way, and if they still had the car. Yes, the had the car, but the owner of the dealership was not there at the time. I was to see Bill, whom I was talking to. So when I got there (a two hour and over 100 mile drive) Bill told me the car was at a detail shop, and the detail shop was closed. Bill said he "dropped the ball" on this one, and tied to get the car from the detail shop. My son and I drove around to look for lunch while the dealer tried to get the car. Bill called and said they could get the car, but would not be able to see it until 5 p.m. That would be another hour and a half wait! This little dealership inconvenienced me for at least two hours and the gas to get there already, and they want me to wait another hour and a half, when it's close to dark to see a car? No thanks I told them, it was not worth it. I believe the owner needs to have a little chat with Bill. I don't know where they take the photos of their cars, but it sure isn't at their dealership. Buyer Beware!!

Great Dealer to work with!
This was a great find for my family and I. We recently purchased a 2004 Audi A4 from Moundbuilders Motor Group. They were very easy to deal with and we love the car. Not pushy or arrogant. I would recommend to anyone I know to check them out. They get quite a few unique cars that aren't overly priced. Thanks Bill and Brendan.
