Don’t buy from here

Do not buy from this dealer. Just had to pay $3300 to fix the $6500 car, 3 days after! He doesn’t answer calls or back up his sales because he knows they are junk! Be aware

Thrilled with my purchase from this business!!

Never have I bought a better quality used car from a better dealer. I absolutely love my car and I trusted Nathan from the moment I met him. I had it inspected twice and both mechanics told me it was an incredible deal: especially in light of the pandemic-related supply chain issues and chip shortages. I can’t even find a brand new vehicle like this right now. I would send any of my friends and family to him. Thanks so much, Nathan!

Never buy a car from this place.

Horrible place!! All the owners do is lie. Then when you go back in to tell them about the thousands of dollars you had to pay to fix your car just 1 month after buying it they will scream in your face. I thought he was going to hit me. Very crooked people.

Not honest

Sold a truck with bad injectors and claimed everything was fine with it. Now they're trying to say everyone knew it's a bad year and acting like I should know...as though being a good person and a helpful salesman doesn't exist anymore. Maybe you shouldn't have bought it first then??! And then try to sell it to someone without saying it could need 5500 in repairs?

Very Disappointed

Just a heads up, stay far away from Streamline Motors on Broadwater and 24th if you are anticipating anything resembling decent customer service. I have been searching for a Toyota FJ Cruiser with lesser miles, than the one I have, for what seems like forever. I saw there was one on Streamline's car lot and was super excited. I have the money saved up and was ready to spend. I wasn't greeted by anyone and had to go out of my way to find someone to even assist me. I thought it was odd but went about the sale anyways. The man that was "helping" us said very little about the car or to me in general. I couldn't even tell you the gentlemen's name because he didn't even have the decency to introduce himself. From a person that works in customer service myself, this man's attitude screamed that he didn't want anything to do with the sale or even be at work for that matter. I still wanted this sale to work so I asked if I could test drive the Toyota and asked if any work had been done on the car prior to it being put on the lot. The man asked for my ID and told me a mechanic checked the SUV (he could provide no record of said check) but I could take it to a second mechanic for another opinion. I did just that. Long story short, it was extremely rusted underneath and had an oil leak that could not be pin pointed without removing the transmission. I made the sad decision that I wouldn't be purchasing this vehicle at this point. I went back and this man became super confrontational asking me where I had been and why it took so long. Again, he was the one who brought up taking it to a mechanic for a second opinion and stated nothing else in handing me the keys for the test drive. I am very upset at the way I was treated. I was a very eager buying customer and everything about this experience seemed wrong in comparison to any other lot I have been to. Point of my story, don't go to this lot and expect anyone to try and help you. So disappointed.

Searched for my dream car and found it!

From the first email to the purchase and shipping of my car, Nathan at Streamline was excellent to work with. Professional, great communication and assistance when traveling across the country to see the car and him arranging delivery. Very good experience from beginning to end- thank you!

Outstanding customer service

The salesman/part owner of Streamline Motors was a delight to work with. He was helpful, efficient and very personable. I cannot say enough good things about Nate and the way he and his partner do business. His final price was higher than book value, although his authenticity was worth the extra money. Thank you!

Low pressure and seems very honest

We were just shopping around but 5 he guys at Streamline were great. I hate being swarmed and they were easy going and didn't bother us. They answer our questions and we're very pleasant. When we get more ready to buy I'm definitely going back.
