Came in looking for a certified Lincoln hybrid. They had a great selection to choose from and all cars were in excellent condition...not like a lot of... other places we looked at. Their building is incredible and the staff very friendly. Trying to make up our mind on what color we want, but will definitely buy it from South Coast.

They were great! My car was in for a simple oil change and a quick check into why it was loosing power sometimes. Everything got handled and I got a free... loaner to drive.

Sad to say that my repeat experience is poor!!! UNHAPPY !!! I'll driveway with the car and it has new small but simple service problems !!! and then... I pointed out to them THAT I WAD JUST IN TWO DAYS AGO... YET they charge me again for a diagnostic. $ 150 repair... so buyer beware!!! I'm not sure what it is but every time I leave this place the car instantly has a new problem; and I'm not sure why when I ask it to be serviced even some the most basic things like steering fluid and or the battery function is not malfunctioning!!! Over charge to diagnose?

The follow-up is terrible at this dealership. If you do not buy on your first visit they want nothing to do with you. I simply wanted a Navigator that... they did not have on their lot during my visit, therefore they wanted nothing to do with me. Bob Cerami was the sales person that helped me initially and told me he would follow-up the next day. Three days later I get a call from a different sales person asking me why I didn't purchase a car from them. I proceed to explain to him that I am looking for a navigator that was not available on their lot and the next thing I hear is "click". I waited a few minutes for a callback but never heard from them again.

Purchasing my pre-owned Hyundai from Lincoln South Coast was a great experience for me. The staff was courteous, responsive, and professional. I had... pre-conceived ideas about haggling with a car dealer but it was nothing like expected. It was a pleasure doing business with Lincoln South Coast. There was some onsite construction going on otherwise the facility rating would also be 5 stars.
