Yasmine has been my service rep since I purchased my 2013 Honda in 2012. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and puts the customer first. I have never had... my service done anywhere except this location and plan to continue to do so. Yasmine is the main reason that I walked into AutoNation last week to purchase my new 2013 Honda CRV. I am very particular when it comes to the care of my car and the relationship that I've dealt with Yasmine over the past four years makes me confident but I want that relationship to continue. I purchased a car from the AN Honda Columbus store and handled the majority of the deal remote. I purchase a vehicle Audi Q7 in October of 2019 and was only able to drive for less than a month before several pistons went out more like two. Weeks .... I also purchased a warranty they sold me for 2000.00 that doesn’t cover anything. They sold me a car with a aftermarket part that they were aware of so it voided the warranty which means I have a warranty for nothing and haven’t gotta any kinda help as far as fixing the car besides being told it’s nothing they can do . I’m stuck with a Payment on a car I haven’t even put more than 4000 miles on .
