Tremendously slow and it could be due to overbooking. Car in at 11 a.m. and service could not be fixed and it's after 4:30 p.m.. Employees were courteous... but the entire process is beyond belief. So if anyone has uconnect issues be prepared to pay over $500 unless your vehicle is still under warranty.

All I can say is I wish I could post pictures to this review. Horrible customer experience
Yasmine has been my service rep since I purchased my 2013 Honda in 2012. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and puts the customer first. I have never had... my service done anywhere except this location and plan to continue to do so. Yasmine is the main reason that I walked into AutoNation last week to purchase my new 2013 Honda CRV. I am very particular when it comes to the care of my car and the relationship that I've dealt with Yasmine over the past four years makes me confident but I want that relationship to continue. I have never felt that my car could have been in better hands. I'm actually looking forward to my new cars first check up in six months. Thanks Yasmine!
I went in for an oil change and Tyler couldn't have made my experience any better! From the moment of opening my door to giving my keys backs, he was polite,... energetic, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Tyler for making my morning a great start!
They spelled my name wrong and couldn't finance $9000.Then they tried selling more expensive cars. Took over five hours to leave dissatisfied. Ford got... me financed four $17500.00 the next day. My FICO score is 729.
Went to look at a Honda Civic. The car was nice enough and started talking to a sales rep. I had a trade in and was offered the minimum value for it.... Told him that wouldn't work for me as another dealership offered $3k more. Eventually he offered me the same amount, but he had to raise the price of the car.. I told him that wouldn't work for me and asked for my keys back. He went back and forth getting new deals until he finally came back with my keys and I left. The next day a different rep called me and asked what it would take to make a deal. I told him the amount it would take and he asked me if he could get it that it would be a deal. After about twenty minutes he called me and said they can make it work. I went to the dealership and they started some paperwork. After about half an hour they said they wouldn't be able to do it and asked to see the offer I got from the other dealership. After showing it to them they said it wouldn't work due to my credit score, but they could give me a better deal than the other dealership by about $300. All of a sudden it became competing with the other dealership.... The rep asked what it would take to make a deal yet again. After telling him the GM came out and said it wouldn't be possible. Don't waste your time at this dealership. I regret wasting mine.
Oh my lord... here now. Going on 4 hrs for an oil change. I. Just. Want. To. Get. Out. Of. Here. Now!!!!!
I only give one star, because negative stars are not an option. I took my car in to get the recall on my passenger airbag replaced yesterday. This is... the only reason I took my car into this service dept. I have not been here in years. The last time I took my car for an oil change, probably 3-4 years ago, I dropped my car off before 8 am and told them I wouldn't be waiting because I had to go to work. I came to pick my car up at lunch, they hadn't even touched it, because I was not "physically" waiting at the dealership. So I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to change my oil that I thought they would have already finished since I was one of the first cars there that morning. That same visit, I was told that I needed brakes immediately (like right then, or my brakes were going to go out as soon as I left the parking lot). I declined, and took it to another mechanic a few days later. He told me my brakes were fine and I drove my car another year and a half before I replaced those brakes that needed to be replaced "IMMEDIATELY". So the ONLY reason I took my car in yesterday was to get the airbag recall taken care of. Because of this poor decision on my part, I now have a small scratch on my dash on the passenger side, and black scuff marks on the front passenger door frame, I'm assuming where they had to take the dash out to replace the airbag part. I understand my car is not NEW (it's a 2010)...I understand that any type of mechanical work is dirty....but neither the scratch or the scuff marks were there when I dropped my car off, so they shouldn't be there when I pick it up!!! I take great pride in taking care of my car, and I expect that from anyone working on it! Obviously, the scratch is there to stay and the scuff marks won't come off, I've tried. I was also told yesterday that my wiper blades were not working to "Honda standards" and they wanted to charge me $50 to replace. My husband bought those blades from their parts department last August and put them on himself. When I told her this, she stated the sun can do damage to the blades. My car is parked in a garage at home and a parking garage at work, and very rarely taken out on the weekends. So if your blades aren't up to "Honda standards" after 9 months on a car that barely sees the sun, then someone needs to revisit the design of said wiper blades. I love my Honda. And I plan to drive it until the wheels literally fall off.... but I will never set foot in this service department again. Any other recall work required will be done at a different Honda dealership.
I was out looking for a new car.Not really going to purchase one that day, but my salesman Mike Chittum was so friendly ,not pushy, but showed me several... crv's and explained the differences in each. I felt so comfortable with his knowledge and genuine care , that I purchased one that very day. Mike has followed up with a thank you call, and to ask if I had any questions. Financing went smoothly as well and everyone there was so friendly. My very best car buying experience. JoAnne R
