Very poor customer service right from the beginning. Jonathon told us the vehicle we reserved online could not be found then the next day miraculously... "found" it when we asked to speak to the manager. When we were five minutes away, after driving four hours, he told us on the phone that they were closing up. So we started the paperwork over the phone and they did complete the sale when we arrived. The truck was supposed to have been "detailed" but was very dirty inside. Although it was "certified" the power mirrors did not work nor one power window. The day after we purchased it the battery totally died and stranded us. These things were not as big of a problem as the way Jonathon dealt with us. He would not return our calls and when he did finally reply he was very rude and unprofessional. Fortunately we did have a very good experience with Paul, the finance guy. He was a pleasure to work with, helpful and professional.
