    I purchased a Nissan Juke from this dealership and they were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. My salesman, Tom Wells gave us an awesome experience.... The sales mgr, Bo, went out of his way to give me the deal I was looking for, keeping me in my price range while putting me in the car I was looking for. I have bought over 16 cars in 26 years and these folks are top notch. We drove 2 hours to this dealer and will do it again in the future. Thanks Auto Nation for your excellent service.

    Very poor customer service right from the beginning. Jonathon told us the vehicle we reserved online could not be found then the next day miraculously... "found" it when we asked to speak to the manager. When we were five minutes away, after driving four hours, he told us on the phone that they were closing up. So we started the paperwork over the phone and they did complete the sale when we arrived. The truck was supposed to have been "detailed" but was very dirty inside. Although it was "certified" the power mirrors did not work nor one power window. The day after we purchased it the battery totally died and stranded us. These things were not as big of a problem as the way Jonathon dealt with us. He would not return our calls and when he did finally reply he was very rude and unprofessional. Fortunately we did have a very good experience with Paul, the finance guy. He was a pleasure to work with, helpful and professional.

    Great experience at AutoNation! Their inventory is huge (considering they can locate and deliver cars from all across the US) and the sales people are... very knowledgeable. The customer service was great (Charlie Jackson is awesome)! Feeling welcomed and appreciated with no buying pressure made this car buying experience wonderful. Thank You!
