    We drove an hour and a half to Columbus because it was the best deal on the car we wanted. Woody and Kyle were extremely helpful. We were able to do all... of the paperwork in advance of the face to face which saved SO much time. Great warranty options too.

    The service department at AutoNation Hyundai is the best. Services are completed in a timely manner and there are no unexpected "repairs" discovered.... The service department staff members are respectful of customers and knowledgeable of the product.

    I'd like to be honest and state that I never intended to use your dealership for any maintenance or repair work after the past experiences with your store,... however, I had no choice because the Hyundai store I'd been using in LaGrange closed. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience I had with Mr. Croney, my new service advisor. I explained to him that I was very skeptical of the work being done to my car by this facility, because in the past, I was misled by my last service advisor and pretty much treated like a number. Mr. Croney went above and beyond my expectations in regards to giving us the piece of mind that the routine maintenance I paid for that day, actually happened, unlike with previous visits. I've been in this city for three years and every time I needed repair work, I would travel long distances to other dealerships because I did not trust your dealership to do them. We even drove to Mitchell Hyundai for my sons purchase of a 2016 Hyundai Veloster because I had refused to have anything to do with AutoNation. This last visit, with Mr. Croney, is a new beginning and because of him I'm giving your dealership another chance. I marked "no" on the comment of recommending this dealer to a friend. Please understand that this last visit has sparked my interest again with using your dealership, but let's see how the next visit goes before I answer "yes." Respectively, Sarah Nielson
