Nice atmosphere and good deals.

Nice atmosphere and good deals. It was fairly fast for how busy they were. I tried to get the slushy machine with my trade but they didn’t go for that. If I got the slushy machine I would have given 5 stars. Lol

Don’t talk to Saif Ali. Not helpful and likes to argue with you and other peers and likes to stand way to close. Probably won’t be back.

My wife, daughter and son visited Joe Machens Toyota

My wife, daughter and son visited Joe Machens Toyota yesterday and had major problems looking into buying a RAV4. The salesman Saif Ali became physically threatening to my wife, and had to be restrained by three other employees. Apparently the sales manager got involved and this incident was in front of other customers. There were minimal efforts by Machens at damage control, after I contacted the dealership mgt, they said our data had been shredded so the psycho sales person wouldn’t try to follow up on us.

Purchased new suv with 8000 miles.

Purchased new suv with 8000 miles. Low tire when purchased. They aired it up. Barely made it home. Went back and they refused to pay for a new tire. Service to install air cabin filter and they didn't replace the cover. Service to fix seat motor and they broke the seat. Now they want me to pay over $300 to fix what they broke. I would NOT recommend this dealership AT ALL. Terrible customer service with sales staff, techs, and mechanics.

Our son was looking at buying his first big purchase in a

Our son was looking at buying his first big purchase in a truck. We had Caleb John for our salesman and he was great!! The financing department was just as helpful and beneficial as well. This was a first for our family to have a Toyota and I think he made the right choice. Thank you!

Our car key fob stopped working so took it them to get

Our car key fob stopped working so took it them to get reprogrammed. They charged $140 for some "diagnostic test" and didn't fix the issue. They said we'll have to replace the keys, and new keys would cost $550. They also said our keys were not authentic Toyota keys. That's total xx, because we had gotten those keys with our brand new Toyota from an authorized Toyota dealer in 2016. They worked fine for almost 9 years!!! I think this dealership is trying to extort money from naive customers.

I took my RAV4 in for routine maintenance, tire rotation,

I took my RAV4 in for routine maintenance, tire rotation, State Vehicle Inspection and new brake pads. Everything thing was done in a timely fashion (I waited in seating area). The price was lower than anticipated. I was completely satisfied.
