I took my RAV4 in for routine maintenance, tire rotation,
I took my RAV4 in for routine maintenance, tire rotation, State Vehicle Inspection and new brake pads. Everything thing was done in a timely fashion (I waited in seating area). The price was lower than anticipated. I was completely satisfied.

I was not happy with the upscale done by the sales
I was not happy with the upscale done by the sales manager. I was talked into a warranty that may be bogus for an additional $50.00 a month that cannot be canceled. He also did not listen to my concerns and was unwilling to accept a $500.00 deposit on the vehicle while I worked out the financing on my end. Quite unprofessional and should be removed.

Service and a salesman helped today figure out the
Service and a salesman helped today figure out the subscription for the GPS system. I don’t like the idea of having to pay for the gps after 1 year of ownership on Toyota but I guess either you pay for the connect drive gps or use your cell phone car play (which is what I decided to do). They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for everything you do

Good experience working with Thad, they failed to point
Good experience working with Thad, they failed to point out all the rust on the under side of the bed of the pickup. Money I'm going to have to come up with to try to fix. If you can help let me know. Thanks.

The service department is terrible.
The service department is terrible. Period. Can’t get anything done as agreed in contracts. Price gouging is commonplace and the ideal they’re striving to achieve apparently.

Too much pressure to buy from a sales man. Told us someone was ready to buy the car we were looking at right after us when we were there right before closing time without any other customers there.

I was having a serious problem with my Lexus and was not
I was having a serious problem with my Lexus and was not comfortable driving it to St. Louis for servicing. Joe Machens Toyota service was excellent, communicated well, found and fixed a very complicated issue. When I am ready for my next new car, I will look at Toyota.
