I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Terrain AT4 from CDJR of Columbia, and my experience was excellent. Rich was the salesperson who helped me, and he did a fantastic job. He was personable, professional, and represented the company very well. What stood out most was how helpful he was—he answered all of my questions, and if he didn’t know something right away, he made sure to find the answer quickly. That level of effort gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Overall, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and I’m very happy with my new vehicle. I’d definitely recommend CDJR of Columbia, and especially Rich, to anyone looking for a new ride.

I have been looking for the right car for over a year, but had never been to this Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. I came in on short notice, they treated me super well, and I was able to find a car I loved at a fair price without any hassle. So much better than my experience at a different dealership in town! Cole helped me out and was so thorough—I highly recommend working with him! And financing was so much better than my past experiences, just in terms of being prepared and helpful without being pushy. We were looking for a vehicle to replace our beloved 2020 Ram Laramie 2500 Diesel that we lost in an Auto accident. We did not like the 2025 or 2026 colors. Zack was able to find us a new 2024 Ram Laramie 2500 Diesel in the delmonico red but with better options. We were happy we did not have to settle. Zack was very helpful.

Unfortunately, I believe in customer follow up...regardless if it's about in-house communication or keeping clients informed. Blaming an error on "not my department" is pathetic. This is where follow up on the projected service is required. Also, notifying customers as quickly as possible regarding service prevents any misunderstandings. I am anticipating better service in future.
