Unfortunately, I believe in customer follow up.

Unfortunately, I believe in customer follow up...regardless if it's about in-house communication or keeping clients informed. Blaming an error on "not my department" is pathetic. This is where follow up on the projected service is required. Also, notifying customers as quickly as possible regarding service prevents any misunderstandings. I am anticipating better service in future.

Not happy at all with the service or experience after my

Not happy at all with the service or experience after my last purchase have had nothing but issues with the last vehicles I got and the said the had fixed the problem and after they delivered my truck it still had the same problem and had left tools and parts under the hood . They have lost my business from here on out

took my 18 Ram 1500 in for service, had 3 error messages

took my 18 Ram 1500 in for service, had 3 error messages being shown, all related to oil. they, instead of listening to me and what the error messages were for, said they would have to dig into my engine to find the issues I was having to maybe fix them. the cost would be $600 before they could tell me what the issues were. took my truck to a local shop instead and got it fixed.

They made my day easy by giving free delivery over 4 hours away. Nacho the finance guy hooked me up with almost zero percent financing, and I understand they have special deals every February 29th that you'll only receive once every four years. Cheers!
