Bought a new SUV loved it thank you Caleb for sticking with my family to get the best deal possibe. Thank you to Tyler and Kirt for a smoother transition working with the banks to align the right deal and the patience to figure out systems to complete the deal. Just a word of thanks to Jack and the service team. The past two years my wife has had to endure two hours a day traveling to work in a car with no heat through the winters but not anymore. We know there was a little problem getting parts but that’s becoming a problem everywhere. We appreciate the communication and keeping us updated while being repaired and can honestly say y’all have been far better than other dealerships we’ve had to deal with in the past. I believe I had the best car purchasing experience I have ever had at Asheboro Nissan. Their sales team and sales manager were prompt, helpful, professional and worked with me through any concern I had. We had a deal within 1 hour of my call with no haggling. The truck was exactly what I wanted and the finance manager was easy to work with. I just wish they were closer to where I live in Rock Hill. I highly recommend Asheboro Nissan.

Purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from them with 68k miles ($14k) on it. No, I didn't purchase a warranty. At 80k miles the transmission and axel broke, they quoted me almost $8k to get rhe behicle back running. I have only owned this vehicle a couple of months. When j had the vehicle towed more than one employee of Asheboro Nissan said "yeah those rogues just have terrible transmissions, that's why replacements only have a 36 month warranty" funny that wasn't mentioned at the sale of the vehicle. The absolute worst experience with a dealership ive ever had. Turning it over to a lawyer to see if anything is possible.

We have went round and round about this. If you dont know specifically who i am it makes me wonder how many other customers this has happened to. You offered a $500 discount....i got the transmission fixed for under $4500. You want to make it right? Give me half the cost to repair it. Instead when i had it towed to your shop and inspected to see what was wrong you charged me an additional $800 just for me to tow it away and have someone repair it.

Purchased a vehicle that had several internal and external cosmetic issues. Was promised it would be take care of...and a few things weren't. Have yet to receive a call to see if anything can be resolved. I was promised I would be a "happy" customer. Vehicle was purchased...another sale was made (under false pretenses...false advertisement)...that's another story for another day. Wish I could leave a better review...but can't...still disappointed and unsatisfied.

they did not pressure me to buy mytruck,I've done a couple of test drives shopped around another dealerships. came back to Asheboro Nissan bought me a new truck love it love the dealership.the most honest dealership I've ever been to

Let me start off saying I recently bought a Nissan Armada from Asheboro Nissan and my experience was great ! Don't put a lot of stock in dealer ratings . I did and it turned out the opposite was true . Asheboro didn't have the exact vehicle i was looking for but Faith and A. J. worked very hard to get it from other dealers that didn't want to give it up and wanted several thousand dollars more . They gave me a great price right off the bat and stuck with it . When I got the call from Faith saying they finally had it that made my day for sure ! I was treated fairly and friendly by everybody there and I say if you're interested in buying a vehicle I strongly recommend you give Faith and A. J. a chance to make your day !

I recently bought a VW Atlas. Very pleased with how they worked to get us in a great vehicle at a really great price and with no money down. Ask for Haley, she helped us out and explained everything to us in great detail so we knew what was happening during the buying process. Everyone was helpful and answered our questions. I highly recommend Asheboro Nissan!
