What a great experience. I love my new car

This afternoon, I purchase a 2019 Jeep Wrangle from Citrus Motors: The staff was just incredibly efficient and caring. My husband and I worked with a lady by the name of Sandra, she was absolutely great. Her knowledge and expertise lead us thru the process of buying a new vehicle, nothing but fantastic - and that is difficult to say when dealing with car sales persons. And yes, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle thru Kia Motors - outstanding team and certainly care about their customers. It is difficult to rate a company a five star firm: This Kia Motors deservers the rating - totally a five star business.

I made an appointment for a recall on my KIA Sportage about a month ago for 1/14/22 and they called me to cancel the appointment because I wasn't a regular customer. Unbelievable!!!

Service department needs to learn communication

I took my car in for a warranty. And asked the service advisor to keep me updated. I was reassured they would after 6 calls. I was told my car was ready, not once hearing from anyone in service. I picked my car up and talked to Deon, my service advisor. I had a question; he reassured me he would get back to me. 1 week later, I'm still waiting. Poor communication skill from all service people

This is the worst place that i have ever take my car the service department is impossible to get ahold my service advisor was Dion Overton who told me he would call me and advise me on the repair i never heard from him. the service manager Michael was just as bad. i was told to get a rental which i did then told that i didn't get it from the right place but don't worry they will cover it two months later i called and was told it has been denied. my advice is take it to another place save yourself the headache

I purchased a 2022 Kia Forte from Rachel and Luke. Between the two of them they made my purchase fast and easy. Explanation of all the dash switches and devices were explained thoroughly I would recommend a Kia and this dealership. Thanks guys.

The Don’t Care Dealership! Service is horrible and wait times are atrocious. Scratched my brand new vehicle before I took it off the lot. They promised to fix the issue but ghosted me for over a month before I took care of the issue myself. Prepaid service appointments are about one month out for an oil change! One month to change oil? They admit they have issues and make no changes.

The representatives are all supper eager to help ,especially Glyne Grant and Mg. Kyle. The inventory is huge and easy to select the best model ,color ! I will be back soon. I want to get them only 5 stars Tamara.
