Behlmann is the only place I really trust to work on my Ram truck. They are quick, efficient and offer a fair price. Even the price of an oil change is hard to beat— couldn’t do it myself any cheaper.

Michael novacivh, dealership salesman told me on Facebook a Dodge Durango had a five year powertrain warranty. After spending two days and getting a hard hit to my wife’s credit and driving two hours. He then notifies me that the vehicle in fact has no warranty. We were actually trading in a brand new 2023 vehicle for this vehicle and this was a very unfortunate and horrible experience. We feel that the Bheaman Chrysler Dodge dealership family let us down and was dishonest in their practices. if the GM would’ve made some attempt to make up for the mistake, we would’ve probably still bought the vehicle with obviously the warranty we were promised. But he did nothing but apologize and refused to give the warranty promised. So sick of such dishonesty.

I purchased an oil change package from them and used 1 of the oil changes for my pickup. I traded vehicles shortly thereafter and just took my new pickup in for an oil change. When I checked in I specifically told them that "I have an oil change package, but this is a new truck that you have not seen before." Mike did not say anything at that time, but when I checked out I was told that the oil change packages are not transferrable between vehicles. Mike should have said something when I was checking in, not after the work was completed. The he had the gall to tell me that this is printed on my receipt, which was in the old truck that I sold 4 months ago. I have purchased 3 of these packages from them in the past and never once did Jill or anyone else who sold me a package say anything about it not being transferrable. This is nothing more that theft by omission. I've always put up with the attempted up-sales and add-ons, but I will never trust them again.

Tyler in Sales and Jim in Finance were both great to work with. Living in St Louis County had some concerns about going out to Troy to buy a Jeep Gladiator but glad I made the trip. Vehicle transaction fee was much less than what I was quoted in St Louis. Vehicle was as clean as appeared in pictures. Very happy with my purchase.

The staff at this dealership are the kindest and most efficient I have ever dealt with.

The salesman's are all friendly and helpful. I get both of our cars served there, Jake is the service manager and is so good at what he does. The upper management are good to work with. My wife and I have bought 2 cars from them both times was a wonderful experience!
