Route 123 Motors

Bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Nick, and had a great experience. He was polite, courteous and patient I would highly recommend Route 123 motors. The prices are great and so are the cars.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. This dealership is as scummy as they come. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership giving them the Benefit of the doubt after reading the negative reviews. $30k car is a complete LEMON! Did NOT pass state inspection, the day after purchasing i had to get jumped because the battery was 100% dead, check engine light came on after 100miles of driving it. So they obviously cleared the code, my rear defrosters were COMPLETELY broken off- unable to be repaired unless the entire rear windshield is replaced, said it came with a new oil change.. that was also not the case- 1k miles of driving it service light came on to add oil, brought it into my local dealership was informed it needed an oil changed badly and was very low on oil meaning they just reset the oil change gage. I made a 3 hour commute to get this vehicle, they would pay for repairs unless I brought it back to “there mechanic”. I refused because I knew the issues were not going to be properly repaired.

The whole transaction was as smooth as can be. Family atmosphere, no games, me scams, just family dealing. You won’t be disappointed. We encourage you to at least meet George and Toula. You’ll love them, and you’ll love the way they will work hard for you. Family is what You’ll feel.

Do not buy a car there, they only have lemon cars. I spend a thousand dollar in one month after buy this car and they have not done nothing. Don’t go there.

My wife and I purchased a nice 2013 BMW X3 from Nick, George and Toula. The overall experience was great and everyone was knowledgeable and professional. We felt very comfortable and will buy from them again. We will be back. Thank you!!

Just purchased a preowned Maserati from this dealership. I was so impressed with their professionalism and their interaction with me . George and his wife Tula and their Sales Manager Nick never exerted any pressure to purchase a automobile. It was a very pleasurable experience, which I rarely encountered in my years of purchasing high end automobiles. Would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a vehicle for my daughter last week and the process was very smooth. Nick helped us with the sale and process. He was extremely professional, communicative and courteous throughout the entire process. We felt that we received a good deal on the car (it's gorgeous) and I appreciated hearing about the high level of standards within the dealership. This is relatively rare in working with small dealerships. Some have no standards. That said, I would definitely purchase another car from 123 Motors.

This was hands down the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. The whole staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent. Everyone I know who has bought a vehicle here it has blown up within 6 months of driving it. I highly suggest to anyone looking to buy a used or new car go somewhere else. These people are sleazebags and definitely doing some illegal acts.
