Do yourself a favor! stay far, far, away from this dealership (own by Jason Sass of Verona Wis). Legacy Auto Sales LLC I purchase a 2011 Buick Lucerne CTL on 08/15/2026 for my wife who has medical problems with her lower spine getting in, and out of car. Now, the Buick Lucerne2011 is old school for us Senior, and Vets. we know these types of cars are just right for our needs (lower back that is). I did some homework on this dealer and was inform they were clean dealership. Boy was that a joke, the sales man Frank Pabon was so sweet that is if I didn't have Diabetes now, I sure as xxxx would have it after talking with him. The Buick Lucerne ran like a dream 69.428 miles on it. a price of 10.995.49 was well too steep for my blood. Shoot they even had the buyer’s Guide at 11.999.00. But, after seeing how my Wife could get in, and out of the Buick and how it handles the bumps and pot holes on her lower back. Well, that was all she wrote. I took it. Boy did I screw myself, I should have taken a second look at the buyer’s guide. I would have seen the not Legal Box check on the parking Brake. In short, after seeing it L called Frank Pabon the sales man who sold it to me and his response to this problem was, we don't repair that on an older car because it would cost about $ 1.000. You ever get that sucker feeling? come to fine out the only Legal way I could have gotten it home was to have it tow. How mine you now, I live in Cudahy wis, and Legacy Auto Sales is in Jefferson Wis. Now if you don't think I'm xxxx off now, just hang in there it is not wise to xxxx off a VET!! Alright Mr. Jasson Sass since you own this Dealership, this foo bar is on you!! Since you make up the rules on how to screw over a customer. Mr. Gary C. Malachowski

I have bought two cars from Legacy within the last year, & if at all possible, I will continue to make all my vehicle purchases through them. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful process, & both my experiences with them have been quite the opposite! No pressure, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, & the best customer service! The owner Jay, & the rest of Legacy’s staff are top notch! I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market to buy a vehicle! Thank you Legacy Auto Sales!

Friendly and accommodating. Our salesman was Jeff Schultz and he was helpful and answered our questions. The car had been cleaned up great and what needed fixing was done. Our first purchase of a used car and it was 5 star!!

So far above and beyond what I could have expected or even hoped! Before I was able to drive my new purchase home, Legacy Auto wanted to, as is their practice, go through every inch of the car replacing everything that seemed in need of being replaced, regardless of whether an actual safety issue or not as might come out of a cursory safety inspection. I wasn't surprised yet I was a little disappointed that it would take a while for their shop to get my car in for the inspection and corrections, primarily because my insurance company could not cover my rental car for as long as it would take but, Legacy Auto provided a loaner so I at least had a car to drive away with and use until mine was ready. That though turned out the be the least of the professionalism in the service they provided as the cost out of their pocket that they put in for parts alone for issues they dealt with, far beyond any safety concerns, was 10% of the agreed-to price in the first place! They put in 10% of the price of the car AFTER I had already paid for it. In any other dealership I have experience with the best I could have expected is a legally required safety inspection and a detailing of the body and interior. I had to drive about 45 minutes to reach Legacy Auto but the time and effort was more than worth it!

Great service, friendly salespeople. Overall a good experience. The car could have been cleaned up a bit better when I picked it up, but since I recently retired, I had time to work on it.

Their shop is currently behind their sales team, meaning the cars available had not been prepped for sale (not at all, in my car’s case) and it would be 2-2.5, after a non-refundable $300 holding fee, until the car was ready. This is what the salesman told me. He was very accommodating throughout the process, but I realized I wasn’t comfortable putting down that much non-refundable $ without the car being ready to buy. A friend who used to sell used cars told me that that’s unusual, but I can accept that situation as a result of an unusual car market - it’s just not for me. Reviews of the dealership were good, and a local mechanic said the car was in very good shape and the dealership’s reputation in the community was decent (with a positive tone, which in a small town can mean it’s good) with a the usual “hiccups” to be expected. I was going to give 4 stars, but then I realized they never indicated on the car listing that the car was not ready for sale. I drove over an hour out of my way to realize the car wouldn’t be available for 2-2.5 weeks, and they gave me an “as-is” quote on the car (when I indicated I was interested in buying a car today) of less than $750 off their sticker price, with no work or inspection having been put in by their team.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a comfortable reliable sedan, we narrowed our focus to a MAZDA6. Did a search on car gurus and found a listing for Mazda6 with this dealer. Jay and John were both very nice and helpful. Visits are by appointment only, so we gave Jay a call, set up an appointment to look at the car and hopefully purchase it same day, my wife and I live 2 hrs away from the dealer so I asked some detailed questions about the car over the phone, Jay provided an accurate verbal description of the car so there would be no surprises once we got there. Jay informed me of some minor cosmetic interior/exterior blemishes and that the tires were getting to be well worn. Once we arrived, we met John who had the car ready for us to test drive. John was very friendly and relaxed and also provided helpful information about the car when asked. In person the car matched the description Jay gave over the phone which was reassuring. My wife and I took it for a test drive by ourselves and everything was as we had hoped so we decided to purchase it. 10/10 experience (excluding the 2 hour drive)
