We bought a Mazda from them and then a week later they

We bought a Mazda from them and then a week later they reached out and said there was more paperwork that had to be signed. When I asked to see the paperwork they emailed me a blank affidavit which made no since to me. I was then told that they would not release my title unless I signed it immediately...that day! So I bought and paid for the vehicle and signed ALL the paperwork they put in front of me and now they will not give me the title for it. They did not mention until after all the paperwork was signed that there was only one key fob but they eventually made this right.

We had an amazing experience with Frank and his staff at MAZDA of Columbia! They worked with us after our family car was lost to an accident. They communicated promptly and transparently. They utilized all of the resources in their extensive network to help us get mobile again. We would go back and work with them all over again! I cannot say enough how great my experience was with Joe

I cannot say enough how great my experience was with Joe Machens. The dealership that I worked with was in the middle of moving the whole dealership and yet I still feel like I was treated well. There was one minor hiccup in the delivery of my car but the whole sales team really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mark S, again thank you for your professionalism during this whole transaction. You all are incredible. Derrick thank you for showing me how my car works! Roz thank you so much for all of your communication through this. I 100% am happy with my transaction and car.

I absolutely loved the service at this place.

I absolutely loved the service at this place. Everyone super friendly...I was told by another dealership i needed brakes. After diagnostic they let me know exactly what was needed and let.me choose the ones I wanted done. Brakes were not on the list. surprisingly. Most places would have done them and charged me anyway.... I will never go anywhere else♥️.

Michael is AWESOME!

Michael is AWESOME!!! He really knows his business and how to please his customers:) The staff there treated me more like a person than just a customer too. The full circle inspection video was really helpful sent to me after the car was inspected. Great idea to keep customers in the know!!! Super service and feedback too!! He and Kevin were also fantastic keeping me informed on the status of my car after I watched the video. Kevin explained to me after he did the inspection what he discovered and helped me to get a better understanding of what was wrong or not wrong. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Both Michael and Kevin were very helpful, and I greatly appreciated their service!! Nice work! Keep up the great customer service. I always come here when it comes to servicing the Mazda and I go to Quick Lane for service to my Ford. Matthew is great to work with and I feel confident that my Ford is in the best of hand when it needs servicing. He and his techs are very knowledgeable too and put a lot of care into their work and pleasing their customers!! I always come away with a great experience from both of these locations.
