Best dealer in Colorado
We recently purchased a new car from Valley Subaru. It was absolutely the best buying experience we have ever had. Jack Murtagh was terrific in answering all my questions and getting me what I wanted. I checked online for prices at all Colorado dealers and Valley Subaru beat the others by thousands. Even when we ended up on a factory order to get exactly what I wanted they had the best price. Well worth the drive from Colorado Springs to Longmont. Jack was great to work with and Tori the sales manager stopped by to check with us. The finance deal was seamless with no surprises on the trade-in or pre-agreed price. No pressure for things we didn't want. Good explanations on everything we asked about. We highly recommend Valley Subaru for your new car needs.

Best experience ever!!
This dealership is truly the best deal around! Our salesperson was Covenant and we worked tirelessly with Tori in fiance and Josh in management. The 3 of them worked so hard to make our Subaru dreams come true! Covenant was the most incredible sales person I've ever dealt with. She was friendly and knowledgeable, professional and most definitely not over bearing. She respected our privacy when we needed time to discuss privately. Not only has Valley Subaru in Longmont earned a lifetime customer, but so has Covenant and Tori! We can't wait to come back to do business with them again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL LIE TO YOU! I bought a used truck from them and with less than 11k miles I have put over $5,000 into repairs and the warranty they sold me for $2,800 has paid out less than $200. Nic Chuenchit the sales manager I spoke with two weeks ago told me that is not how they treat customers. Sent me an e-mail so we could work something out and now WON'T EMAIL ME BACK! I NOW HAVE TO SELL THE TRUCK LESS THAN 11K MILES AFTER LEAVING THIS DEALER JUST TO PAY THE REPAIRS!

Shady finance manager
Let me start off with the fact that 95% of my experience with Valley Subaru was overwhelmingly positive. Cameron was an incredible salesman, very down to earth, easy to talk to and was honest with us the entire time. I would recommend him to anyone needing to check out a car. My 1 star review though is because the experience I ended up with with the finance department. Adam was friendly but ended up being very high pressure with offering us the extended warranty and dent guard protection. I had told him before that my last car got severe hail damage so that's why I was upgrading to a new car. He took this information and put the pressure on to add the dent guard protection which would have our windshield fixed/replaced and dents fixed in case we get another hail storm or rocks that fly up from the road. I didn't want it but I had such a good experience with Cameron, I made the mistake of trusting this guy. I didn't see this clearly before I left the dealership but the dent guard contract states that it won't cover any damage caused by weather, stone abrasion and even normal wear and tear??? This protection is worthless. I feel completely taken advantage of and can't believe I let my guard down with him. If you're taken to Adams office to finalize your deal, ask for someone else or be ready to say no to everything. He has no issue lying right to your face and taking your money.

Valley Subaru.. Gold Medal experience
Had to write about this one... especially since the Olympics were on at the time we went to shop.. We were looking for a Certified Outback.. Stopped at Flatirons Boulder and the Outback we wanted to look at had sold 2 hours prior to us getting there.. Salesperson just took my name and number.. Guess he didn't have ANY others on the lot that he though we would like.. Strange but true.. Went to Valley Subaru right afterward... Man what a difference.. Jeremy definitely got a Gold Medal for this buying experience.. First Outback we looked at we didn't really like.. But wait.. I have another one you might like.. Night and day difference in customer service between Flatirons and Valley... Valley (Jeremy) wanted to find us an Outback we liked.. and he did... Jeremy made us feel like he was going to exhaust all options to get us a Outback that met our needs and our price.. Josh cemented the deal and SCORE !!!! We left there with our new pride and joy.. Our second Outback.. We couldn't be happier.. You guys ROCK !!!! Thank you for a great car buying experience Valley Subaru..
Check your contract before signing
Verbally declined the optional theft protection plan with the salesperson but the finance person included the $595 on the invoice anyway. We called to cancel within the 30 day allotment but they would not refund the money.

The ideal experience
I recently purchased a used Nissan Rouge. The salesperson was great to work with and the process could not have been easier. I never felt pressured or hassled. They were clear in walking me through the purchase. I got a great deal a great car and the experience was great. When it comes time to purchase another car I will definitely be back. Thanks, Erik R
