Questionable service tactics! I do not believe their pricing is fair! Possible price gouging for hourly rate and parts pricing. Took vehicle in for sensor issue. Told a sensor was replaced. Returned with same issue and told turbo needed replaced. Replaced turbo. Sensor light issue has returned. Taking to have yet another diagnostic done today but not at this dealer. Conduct a price quote for other area dealers before accepting any quote from this dealer. Labor rate is 200$. Lexington was 170$. Do yourself a favor compare prices!

I can't believe I wasted my time with the hour I spent
I can't believe I wasted my time with the hour I spent there. After checking the reviews that were positive i had high hopes. When their proposal was put on the desk in front of me I was left speechless. with a lowball trade in on my highly desirable truck, $650 document fee and bringing a new vehicle for me to drive that appeared to have been on the lot for months. Also full sales tax was wrote into the figures and I am from Ohio. The price was bumped up somewhat. The only bright spot was the salesman who really tried. Since I am old maybe I was showing some sort of dementia or something. After I left they sent me a text tell me to come back and they would do better.

I said sure. He did not inform me that there was a $15 charge for using a charge card to make that deposit. Had I known that I would have gone to the bank and got the money. I was told that I would get a refund of that $15 to date I have not seen it.

I only dealt with this dealer online and via email. There was a mixup concerning the date for me to come look at the car, so it was sold before I could make the trip. At least they let me know the car sold before i came.
