This past Saturday, my wife and I took her 2023 4Runner

This past Saturday, my wife and I took her 2023 4Runner in for routine maintenance. We got our schedules mixed and missed our 10 a.m. appointment by two hours! The folks in reception, graciously squeezed us in, not even mentioning the missed appointment! During the service we received periodic updates, notices and recommendations. As usual, the work was performed flawlessly and promptly! I should also mention that the new facilities are state of the art, but still comfortable and accessible. I look forward to bringing my 4Runner in for service next month!

We leased a new Camry and Josh R.

We leased a new Camry and Josh R. was an excellent sales Rep. He was very knowledgeable about ecard and financing. Very communicative and stayed in touch throughout the process. He answered all of our very specific questions fully. This was our first time leasing and he made it transparent and painless. Helped us get set up with syncing and the other electronic features which were all new to us. An excellent experience with Josh!

I went to McGee Toyota to look at a CRV I found online.

I went to McGee Toyota to look at a CRV I found online. I was instantly greeted and welcomed into the building where I met Tommy my salesperson. Tommy took the time to go through the whole vehicle with me and for a test drive. Tommy was so professional and ended my month-long search for a new vehicle. They were a little busy, but I did not wait too long to do paperwork and Liz was so nice and helping understand everything that I was signing

Brendan at McGee Toyota was absolutely amazing.

Brendan at McGee Toyota was absolutely amazing. It was my first time there and wow I was in and out. But the most exciting fact is they're moving to Putnam Connecticut, which is closer and I will continue to go there for my regular service needs

I recently had my 2018 RAV4 in for extensive interior

I recently had my 2018 RAV4 in for extensive interior repair due to a mouse infestation. Brendan, the service manager I worked with, explain the damage they found, and the things needed for the repair in approximate timelines. He worked with my insurance company to help make sure the entire job proceeded smoothly and as quickly as it could be
