two folks have given unreasonably and extremely negative reviews that is the very best place to have your mercedes (now also bmw) worked on in eastern massachusetts (i say eastern because i have no knowledge of any other place). yes, sometimes it takes a little effort to get in touch, but that is because it's just been a few years since they started a sales business (because so many loving and loyal clients asked them to sell the cars they wanted to replace for them). so ed owen is in charge of both service overall and also runs the sales. it's a small sales department because they only sell mercedes and a few other cars that they are convinced are really good cars. so be a little patient, and you'll not only get fantastic repair service on your car for a far better price than you can find elsewhere (unless it's bad, maybe), but you can, if that's your need, pick up an outstanding used mercedes or bmw or something else. this is not a mile-a-minute, sell as many cars as possible place. it is above all the best mercedes repair shop i know, and second of all, a great place to shop for and thoroughly check out a very good used car that will BE better and serve you better than any new car you can buy for under $30k or $40k.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ed was great to work with! He's a busy guy and currently the only guy doing sales so he can be hard to reach at times, but he is thoughtful and helpful. I will definitely send friends there in the future. I recently brought the car back for an oil change and had a great experience. Labor rates are some of the lowest around and I was able to have coffee and bring my work with me to do in their waiting area (free wi-fi!). Thanks guys!

Independent shop that charges way less than the dealer. Parking lot is always full which is probably a good sign as they are doing consistent business. Gave me a loaner car and ended up charging less than their initial estimate.

Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Car is great (ML 320) and I will continue to service it here.

Never responded to 2 requests for information about a car that has been for sale at least a month as far as I know still for sale

I inquired about buying a car these folks had for sale. Never did receive a response of any kind. Guess they don't need the business. Buyers like me will become had to find for these folks when they don't bother to respond.
