I bought a car from this dealership with a warranty

I bought a car from this dealership with a warranty $12000 total. Car didn't even make it home. Had it towed to a good shop. The repair estimate was more than the car was worth, warranty company not covering anything. Salesman/ manager of dealership unwilling to help at all. Will not even return my call. I would never buy from this dealer or use their scam warranty. This dealership is the reason used car dealers get a bad name. I feel used, taken advantage of, and out a ton of money I'll never recoup. I can't drive my new car because I can't afford all the repairs since I spent it all on the junk warranty. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE!!!

We did not see this review until this day, which is the reason for the late response. Hank, As we spoke previously the part that the shop diagnosed that needed to be fixed. To which this shop is charging you almost $4000 to fix a part that can be fixed local for significantly less. You also, sent us the tow receipt and inspection report. To which we explained why the part was not covered under the service contract. So we know the vehicle made it to your home (7 hours of highway away) before it was towed and that the vehicle was not towed the same day you purchased it. They also charged you over $400 for diagnosis, with 3 separate charges for diagnosis.

Honest Car Salesman!

My wife and I were approved for a $6,000 auto loan and went shopping around. After hours of disappointment God led us to Brian Gifford who baptized me in 2005 and sold us a Great car that was actually 7,000 but was still able to make it work with our banker. Great guy great company and a for real car salesman you can trust!

Found the truck of my dreams at Performance Auto

Purchased a 2000 Chevy K3500 from Performance Auto from out of state.(Arkansas).Transaction went smoothly and the truck was everything I was hoping for.I do wish that they had topped off the fluids and put a bit of gas in the truck prior to shipping.Otherwise I am pleased and would do business with Performance Auto again.

Horrible Response Time

I have been trying to contact them for weeks now...No response their numbers keep changing and I do not want to drive 3 hours just to find out if they are open or not...

Excellent service

I went there because they had my dream SUV. A 2013 Infinity QX56, All black with tan interior, and wood grain. Luxury at it's finest. Out of all of the trucks I searched for online their QX56 was in the best condition plus under 100,000 miles. Eric took care of me and even when the finance company was giving him a hard way to go, he still kept making phone calls. He told me not to worry about it. He promised me that I would be leaving with my Infinity and he was right. Two hours later I drove away with my truck. The whole staff there are all nice people. I recommend them to everyone that is ready to finance a vehicle.
