    Do NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I took them to court in Hudson country AND I WON the court case. because they refuse to return my 3,000 down payment ... after they sold me a vehicle where the check engine light came on within 10 minutes of driving off, it was purchased on 4/25 and returned the vehicle on 4/26.They sold me a vehicle for 21k with check engine light issues, I returned the vehicle immediately and they refused to return the money. In court even the judge advised the owners that they need to be happy I did not hire a lemon lawyer. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL THEY ARE CROOKS. .

    I originally bought a 2011 BMW X5 back in July . After one day from taking car the car starting asking me for oil and was smoking blue smoke they tail... pipe clear sign of car burning oil .I call dealer and let them know of the issue they took it to mechanic and only need a oil change and 2 days later again car asking me for oil. Long story short the car was giving me problem , I went back to dealer and the owner Orlando was very nice and let me swap the car for another . I return the bmw and took another car . Then I get a bill for the bmw I had return I called the dealer and they said don’t worry about it we already send pay out for the bmw . Then I revived a second bill for bmw plus late charges mind you this was 2 month after I had give back the car. Then I took a hit to my credit report 82 point drop . I started calling the dealer and leave Orlando(1 of the owner) message with the sale rep, email etc all I kept getting was ok he will call you back . Till this day I’m still waiting for him to call me . Mind you this was 3 months later after they had said they had already paid out bmw but when I would ask for proof I would get the run around . I contacted the company that finance me and they started calling the dealer and where getting the same run arounds first they told them they had send payment when they never had . Plus at this point they had already resold the bmw to some1 else . After the financial company put pressure on them they finally send the payout check 3 months later and the owner never return one of my phone calls . That is horrible service now I have to dispute the late charges with credit bureau to get the late charges of my credit report just plan horrible

    I bought a range rover from Twin auto the end of January. This vehicle had the check engine light come on month 5 of owning it. The mechanic for range... advised me the range rover was not maintained at all. Spark plugs and coils, all needed to be replaced (among other things). Then left me with the actual problem, The turbo is done.! Had the car for 5 months and the turbo needs to be replaced. I regret purchasing this car from them on so many levels. Now, brings me to my second problem with them (which someone else mentioned in the reviews), The warranty is a scam. They told me I could not get the auto loan without the purchase of this warranty ($3,000 warranty). This warranty has a max of $1,000 out of pocket yearly and they don't cover anything. Even the oil changes (covered 2x a year) is only covered at $40.00, for a range rover, that doesn't even cover the cost of the oil- another example - Wiper blades (covered 1x a year), at $15.00. This warranty is such a scam and added $3,000 to the cost of my car (total scam). Upon these issues, I have called the dealership consistently for 2 weeks and the person who handles the warranty and car maintenance is 'never in'. I still have not received a call back. At this point i'm trying to deal with this on my own the best I can. I also live in NY, making it impossible to deal with them personally. Please go to another dealer, These people purchase auctioned non-maintained cars and leave you with the hassle of everything.

    25 words is not enough words to tell you, that you will be ripped off, lied to and avoided. Cars are shady and the staff just as equally shady. Purchased... a car from here 6 mos ago had it transported , recieved it dirty inside and out cigarette burns in head liner, tires dry rotted and both cv joints heavily damaged as well as the engine mount broken. I was guaranteed this car was blue key ready to go and had a bumper to bumper check. Clearly a lie. The original car was sold from under me after paperwork was signed . And i was told that that car was not in blue key conditions and they would find me another. This is after i was told it was sold when i called to set up transport. The issue is there are so many snakes in the den they can't keep their lies covered. They charged me over 3000 for a warranty that was only1200. And have yet to refund me my money after recieving the check from warranty company. They also charged me 399 to register my vehicle after i clearly told them i would register it myself as an disabled vet. I was promised a refund. Everytime i call i get a different story after being on hold for 10 to 15 mins. Now i just get the voicemail. I have to contact the New Jersey Dmv, Better Business Bureau, as well as the States Attorney. Its sad that i gave these dishonest, disloyal crooks a number of chances to correct their wrongs. Being a cop myself and have served my country in war and peace, there is no way this is what i fought for. So people can get robbed and they call it business.

    THE PLACE WAS GREAT, BUT THERE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. IM VERY HAPPY THE WAY HE EXPLAINED THE CONTRACT TO ME. THANK YOU... TWIN AUTO.

    Purchased a 2012 BMW X5 and I got a great deal and they handled the financing for me . Luis Abad and me Lopez both helped my daughter with the technology... in this vehicle plus David Diaz took the time to sure her all the features, and John the finance manager handled the paperwork! Great experience
