Bought my car with lies and false inspection performed and paid extra money for in closed shipping send me on open trailer with crack on windshield and... after they wrote me email of responsibilities they will take and I agreed then they don’t answer your call or text or email.
I'll start off by saying my experience here was very good. I'm always cautious whenever I'm visiting any used car dealership. What I didn't realize,... however, is that Calidad Motors isn't just any used car dealership. It's one of the BEST used car dealerships, and probably the most honest lot I've ever set foot on. I ended up walking out with exactly what I wanted. Everything was laid out as it was, maintenance history, ownership history, etc. Every little detail was given to me up front. The respect given to me, even though I actually ended up showing up 2 hours after they closed, was amazing. To expand on that, I called a few hours ahead of time and ended up talking to Alex. I told him I was interested in a car they had on the lot, but had work until about an hour before they closed. He promised to hang out and wait for me, even though it ended up being a two hour drive to get there. I still got the door held open for me and welcomed in like I was family. I've never been at a dealership where they treat you with that much respect. Even the test drive showed that everyone here actually cares. I ended up getting to take the car through residential, take it on the freeway, take it through an area with a lot of bumps, etc. They let me actually TEST the car, which is polar opposite from what most dealerships let you do. Obviously, this resulted in me buying the car. Not going to stop there either. I'll be taking family here, friends here, and anyone I know here... Best car dealership experience I've ever had the pleasure of going through. A very big THANK YOU to everyone at Calidad Motors. You guys are great!
Spoke with Miguel. Very nice. Very cordial. He informed me my credit was poor and I would probably need $4000 to $5000, then he would talk to his Manager.... I texted him that I had the money. Never heard from him again. I texted. Called his phone. Left a voicemail. If I didn’t qualify for the vehicle at least call and text and tell me “no”. I was very disappointed, not because I didn’t get the car but, the super nice person I spoke with had nothing to do with me since there was no sale transpiring.
Very rude wouldn't help me I had to help myself finally sold me a car that broke down weeks later and is now not driveable.
When i called to ask about filling out a online apo it took them almost 3 days to get back to me and when i filled ot out they called me and made me feel... very uncomfortable and told me they cant help me unless i have at least 4000$ as a down payment then they said most likely they cant help me because i am a first time Buyer they made me feel hopeless.
