Look at all their 5 star reviews on Feb 13! lol the dealership is writing all of their own 5 star reviews. Don’t trust these people! I think the owner has a candle fetish.

My best friend went there and put $3000.00 down on a car the transmission was completely out and they turned off all the lights on the dashboard so that when she did the test drive no lights came on by the time she made it half way home all the lights were on on the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree including the transmission light and they said they would fix it and she came back to get the car and the next time she picked it up the lights we off then she drove it some distance and they all came back on once again!!!!! So with that all being said they sell lemons 🍋 don’t buy a car from them they don’t even want to refund her and she hasn’t even drove the car one straight day without a problem and hasn’t even had it for a straight week and the transmission is shot!!!!!

Love this dealership spoke with Kevin he was upfront and honest he was very helpful he help me pick out a good car for me and my family the price was perfect I even got excellent service after I bought the car I really like Kevin see him and he’ll shoot you straight

I talked to a guy named kevin and he was extremely rude. He just wants to make a sell. THey cant tell you anything wrong with the car nor do they have a car fax. They will shoot the price up even after it says something totally different on their website. Do not trust these people it will not be beneficial no matter how good it looks on the outside. It is not worth getting a car from some one who doesnt even care if youre not putting the money down afterwards. Once again if you want to get good reviews the least you can do is have good customer service!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Worst experience with the vehicle we purchase from these crooks. They had to put a transmission in the first week. Forty five days later it failed.

Absolutely awful experience. These guys are crooks.. I spoke to Brian about a car on Friday, he confirmed the vehicle ($4500) and offered it to me $3400 after I gave him the KBB value for the vehicle.. Saturday morning I drove from Alton to Collinsville to test drive the car. Brian then said, the car was $6000, and that the listed price was WRONG, then he REFUSED to honor the prices he gave me the day before.. Bottom line, check engine light was on, the car was obviously bonded and patched. The car was probably not worth 2000. Brian basically walked off and said oh well (after I wasted my time driving there after his lie... CROOKS

Contacted them numerous times online and directly on their website, where they never responded. I was interested in a used four by four. I have lost trust and confidence in this dealership.

They want at least half of the overall price as a down payment also the lied an said the price will go up depending on who you are and your credit score so I would think twice before going and they don’t have any type of warranty on their used cars.

I did not receive a reply to my inquiry. Judging from other reviews this does not seem uncommon. Even a short no to my availability question would be courteous.
