Buyers Beware

Joe Beal and his service manager are big liers buyer beware. Don’t trust anything they tell you they are typical salesmen lining there pockets. Bought a 2022 Mitshubishi Eclipse Cross and didn’t see on my contract they added $695.00 for maintenance program that was suppose to be thrown in on the deal

Very satisfied

From the service representative to the waiting room to the excellent car service, FWB Mitsubishi is top notch. I've been going there for service since 2018 when I purchased my Outlander. Love my car and the service has been great. Very satisfied.

Best dealership hands down.

This dealership and all of their employees are superb. Josh and Carl were amazing. I loved my whole experience. I have a newborn, and I went alone looking for something new. They allowed me time to care for my newborn without me feeling rushed or like I was an inconvenience to them. They were all kind and patient. I will refer everyone I know here. If I'm in the market in the future I will definitely choose this dealership first.

Poor work

I bought a vehicle from there, so I thought I had. First they put the wrong vehicle's VIN on my loan paperwork then tried to take the vehicle back, but when I showed up they were trying to get another loan for the vehicle which ended up being no success until another dealership picked it up and worked with their bank and finally the other dealership had all the right information of the vehicle and everything. So, even though we had to drive 2 hrs to sign the paperwork and get a different plates and tags because the other one was for the other vehicle that I did not buy. I will not be returning back to Mitsubishi to purchase anything from them and I will drive the 2 hrs away to purchase.

Cant even get a price quote on an advertised car

On thier own website, you must call or message to get the price on the advertised car. I did BOTH. NO response from request for E-price, so I called the dealership. I was told I would have to drive the 55 miles in to the dealership to be given a price!!! Tried to call upper management to speak with them about this unusual practice.....not able to even speak with upper management nor did they return my call. These folks obviously dont care about customer service. I'm done with even trying.
