My daughter wanted to buy a used Jeep. She talked with a sales representative on Tuesday and said she would be there Wednesday to test drive. We called... prior to leaving Pensacola to make sure the Jeep was still there. The manager told us that the Jeep was on the lot and "to come on". He confirmed that all of the information online was correct and even said the photo was not a stock picture. We confirmed this information again because my daughter was driving over an hour to get there. When we arrived, the Jeep was not as advertised (manual not automatic) and they said... sorry. Horrible customer service...could the manager not take 30 seconds to save us an hour drive?
