The past few months have been a real challenge for because I could never find time off from my job to come search for used cars. Cars.com made it extremely easy for me to see all the inventory on the market. I didn't appreciate the fact that the dealerships would never contact me back with more information about the car I wanted, but all is well that ends well. Even though I was not able to buy a car, I would most definitely come back to this site if I am looking for my dream car or trying to find a used car.

Absolutely rude. I asked a price on a vehicle that I was very interested in and was told I could bring in a vehicle exactly like that for a low price and he would buy it but not sell for the price i offered. Proceeded to get very angry without any thing said to him and said he wouldn't talk about it anymore and hung up. Lost a potential buy from me. I wouldn't recommend this place simply for the customer service.
