RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN

Don't just walk away, RUN from this dealer (one-man operation). "Integrity" Motors is the antithesis of integrity. I paid cash for a 2009 BMW X5 with approximately 115,000 miles, in April 2017. Approximately 5 months, and 5000 miles later the vehicle started emitting white smoke while idling. I immediately took the vehicle to Leith BMW then Bimmer Performance Center (two of the area's most respected BMW service centers) for vehicle diagnostic tests, and both tests revealed the SUV needs over $10,000 worth of repairs. I only paid approximately $14,000 for it. I contacted the owner of "Integrity" Motors and told him about the diagnosis, and requested assistance with paying for the repairs, or returning the vehicle. He hung up on me. When I purchased the vehicle, he assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. He even showed me an invoice that supposedly showed all the repairs his mechanic recently made on the vehicle. I have made several attempts to contact the owner of "Integrity" Motors with no success since I revealed the findings of the diagnosis. Please learn from my mistake, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM "INTEGRITY" MOTORS. If you do decide to risk your hard-earned money with "Integrity" Motors, please have a reputable ASE Certified mechanic thoroughly inspect the vehicle first.

Physical Office??

Went to look at a Subaru. Upon arriving at "dealership" cars were parked in a parking lot near other businesses. NO PHYSICAL OFFICE OR SALESMEN! Once looking at the car there was a number to call for assistance. Called the number and it went straight to voicemail. Called another number from Cars.com and that too went straight to voicemail. Drove 40 minutes to accomplish just a good glance of the car under consideration. BEWARE!
