This dealership had the vehicle I wanted in stock to the exact spec. Unfortunately from the first phone call till delivery was a nightmare. Not only were they not on top of a $100k sale they didn’t follow up and if I didn’t I would have not had the vehicle we wanted. Upon delivery not only was it not spotless the def fluid was empty. Paperwork showed 5 miles and was delivered with 55. Still waiting on where that mileage went. I would stay clear of this dealership unless you find yourself in my shoes where they had the only one closest to me in the country.

I brought my truck in for a recall and while I was there
I brought my truck in for a recall and while I was there a second recall was addressed and I agreed to pay for an oil change. That second recall was related to a battery drain issue. I asked the service department if they would reimburse me for my battery that I recently replaced due to this exact issue. The service manager was supposed to call me back and never did. I’ve called and texted the service desk multiple times. Never got a call back. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with your service department. I won’t be coming back unless it’s recall related and I likely won’t buy another vehicle from Jim Ellis.
