I recently purchased a truck from Jim Ellis Buick Gmc Atlanta, I had a pressure working with Jaylan. From start to finish, the experience was amazing!!! Jaylan was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a big difference for me. Won’t be surprised if I come back again to this dealership!!!!

Ted stepped up and help us get a rental car when our car
Ted stepped up and help us get a rental car when our car broke down 600 miles from home. He kept us up to speed on the repairs and when me might be able to expect our car. Although it took longer than expected they made the wait seem better.

Very poor customer service. All of the personnel seem that they want to avoid eye contact so they don't have to wait on you.
