The time to apply the fixes took entorely too long, especially compared to the cost. I was told that the reason for delays is because of supply chain issues globally. Quite honestly, that is not mine or any customer's problem and I should not be impacted by that. Ford is a large company and has a history of thinking outside of the box, it appears they need to do this again to address the supply chain issues before they start losing customers.

Rear Wiper
Just ok, not a fan of over priced service. Another practice of Greed.

OIL CHANGE AND FILTER/ CAR WASH
MY EXPERIENCE WITH CLASSIC IS A GOOD ONE EXCEPT FOR THE CAR WASH. IT REALLY WAS A BAD EXPIERENCE. WINDOWS STILL DIRTY TRUCK ITSELF WAS NOT ALL THAT CLEAN.

Classic Chevy Service
I was given options on how and when I wanted my car to be fixed. All concerns were addressed about my car's repairs. I had the option of transport to and from my home until repairs were complete. Repairs were completed promptly the next afternoon. Based on everything it was excellent service and I definitely would recommend Classic Chevy in Madison Ohio. Ten out of Ten!

Terrible service
We perchausd 2021 Equinox and after couple months it started smell like mold. It didn't have than 2000 miles on it. It has been in the service department 7 different times for around 3 1/2 months this last time around 8 weeks still don't have it back . They can't get it back together without sumthing not working or breaking.

don't trust Classic GMC of Mentor, Ohio repairs
We used to be able to gloat about the care we received for our vehicle at Classic in Mentor,Ohio. Now we can no longer do that. They charge tons of money and don't fix the problem, but lie to you and say that they fixed it. Once it is discovered that the problem has not been fixed they charge the customer again for another diagnostic inspection and for any and all parts ( whether they break them or not). This seems to have happened because of an employment change but maybe there should be another such change. Kip is a problem or those who work with him are.
