TERRIBLE sales/service! Sold me a car, and the transmission was ready to blow a month later. Told me it would be fixed in a week, then kept changing the date it would be completed for another week and a half and threw a complete tantrum and hung up on me when I dared to question all of the inconsistencies. Finally got my car back well into the third week that they had it, and will NEVER go back! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!

The advisor that was working with you informed you many times that we do not have control over parts supply and therefore are not able to give an exact time as to when your vehicle will be finished. No matter how much you demanded. I personally heard him tell you that. Yes I did listen to the voicemail you left which berated my advisor, slandered him as well as bullied him. If you spoke to him in the same manner as you did on the voicemail not only would most people hang up on you but others would ask you not to come back. In that message you also asked him to have his manager call you which I did and left multiple messages with no response. I am happy that you had your parents come in, which apologized on your behalf. The owner was gracious enough to give you a deal on the work which he didn't have to do seeing you declined the extended warranty and it has been months since you purchased your vehicle.

i would recomend the service dept, and i have lots of excperience in this along with sale.s i did a big repair on my 09 pathfinder,-rear springs,,shocks,,and front brakes and rotors,,they told me my breaks were ok,BUT i wanted new ones,[ i tow a bass boat and have to stop] also i needed a wiper and they forgot to put it on,when i said what happened to my wiper--they replaced all 3 at NO COST,and i never bought anything their,this is my 1st nissan,,i do however fell the sales dept,is asleep at the wheel, but no complaints on service'

Service is no way like Herba Nissan Miss Steve
Pay attention to good reviews for treibers Nissan. There service dept. Is dishonest . The vehicles are great but beware of the service dept. All would be smart to go to so many other Nissan dealers in the area. My wife and I bought four vehicle from Herba and not one complaint About service from us . Women beware of service dept. they think they can get over on you.My 2015 rouge moon roof leaks horribly and tire Pressure sensors are not working. They fixed them And they still don’t Work and won’t honor their work. Now i pay for their bad workmanship. This is not about my problems it’s about if your planning to deal with Treibers.Word to the wise shop for nissans at other dealers. We miss Herba nissans Steve and Scott .Treibers could learn from them.There is one employee left from Herba. Marc Treibers wake up repair service is Your real bread and butter not selling car.

Service Dept Excellent
Service department discounted my repair bill, was up front with all charges, and had the repair completed as promised. Would recommend ANYONE to go see them for work on their Nissan!

Went to Treiber with my mother to buy a new Nissan Rogue for both of us. Hats off to them especially salesperson Bob. and manager John we were treated like royalty best experience I've ever had in a dealership. John and Bob both went above and behind to make both deals work for us. They've earned two customers for life!! Thank you guys and the rest of the staff too !!

Deep Pockets
Went to look at a used truck which I need. Finance Dept. automatically denied me without even looking at my trade or credit , because my pockets were not lined with gold. But yet, wanted to finance me for a new Altima which I was not in the market for. Salesman was very nice and helpful, but finance dept. would not even look at me. Not recommended to shop here unless you walk in the door with money.

Our finance department does not approve or decline loans. We communicate what the lenders offer. We work very hard to get everyone approved. If we don't sell a car we do not make any money we have no incentive to not get everyone approved. The above customer who chooses to remain nameless cannot hold any dealership accountable for his poor credit. We did not ruin his credit he did. Sometimes the lender might give a customer an option for a more budget priced vehicle as opposed to a flat out decline. That did not work for him and that is OK. We have a great track record getting even the most challenged credit customers a loan, we cant do MIRACLES, but we come close.

I did not Like the attitude of the Treiber Employee sitting behind the Service Desk ! He was very rude :( You knew the minute He opened his mouth that there wasn't any way that he worked for Joe Herba !
