If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. This is the shadiest business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Bought a car from them and about 2 weeks later, the brakes on the car started going even though they said they had just been replaced. The car was unsafe to drive so I took it somewhere close to have it looked at. When the owner replaced the brakes, he broke the calipers and they had to be replaced because they were barely working. When I reached out to the dealership, he told me that he took the car somewhere to have it done and they also replaced the master cylinder. He said they would look at it and fix because there still seems to be something wrong. After two weeks of back and forth, limited contact from him, I was told they are closing and there was nothing he could do. He tried to tell me I was crazy, there was nothing wrong with the brakes. I asked why I couldn’t take it to the shop he said worked on it and he deflected to continue to tell me there was nothing wrong. Spoiler alert, it’s because he replaced the brakes himself, did a terrible job and was lying about ever taking it anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this place. Steer clear of this rip off artist. They piece and patch to get the car off the lot but buyer beware, their patches won’t last and you will be stuck with the bill.

Amazing 👏🏽

All the way From OH to N.C Mathias was Amazing. He promised me A Nice clean car Delivered to my door step and that's what I got. I absolutely Love My car but most importantly the Amazing Service I received. MB Motorwerks is the Best!

Good People, Check the Car

***I BOUGHT THIS CAR ONLINE SIGHT UNSEEN** The owners were very attentive, answered all of my questions, processed the transaction quickly when I decided to buy. They offered to pick me up, unprompted, at the airport. I informed them at the time of purchase that I planned to drive the car 1400 miles back to Texas. When we got to the dealership the car had gone out on a test drive. Upon its return I was informed, much to my dismay, that the front tires were shot. A few phone calls later we found a tire shop open on Sunday. They graciously cut me a check for the tires, and away I went. After an hour and a half getting tires replaced and buying new windshield wipers (it was pouring rain and the ones on it were shredded) I finally headed south. Twelve hours later, racing a thunderstorm into Little Rock, I got a red light from the computer. Car is critically low on oil. I spent another $60 out of pocket, on top of gas, to get it under cover before the storm hit. They told me this was a trade-in from a longtime customer of theirs. I believe them. I also believe he barely drove it and let the rubber parts rot. So there's a lot of little stuff to fix. Tires. Wipers. Fluid levels. Simple things all dealers should check. Also, when you buy a car from a dealer (at least in Texas) you expect it to have a full tank of gas. Since I've gotten it home it's great. Strong car. No mechanical problems. I just wish they'd gone through it before they posted it for sale. Or after they'd sold it to someone who said they were going to drive it halfway across the country. Good people. Good car. Bad experience.

Great Experience, Highly Recommend

My son and I had a great experience buying here! No pressure, answered every question, took time to layout a car care plan for my son to follow, were fair with the trade in valuation. Pricing was very fair, especially in this current, overpriced market. We drove from out of state to buy here, and I will do so again. Strongly believe in supporting small businesses.

Great Experience

It was great to work with Matthias and his dad. Matthias loves cars, this is what you want. He was very straightforward and easy talk with. Our car, a BMW X1, purchased 4 months ago has been excellent. I hope to do business again.

IF THEY CAN'T FIND YOUR CAR... IT DOESN'T EXIST !

Couldn't afford a Bentley but settled for an E350 with all the features i requested... especially the color that I wanted which is hard to find. Mathias went out of his way to find one in N.C. for a fair price. He and Kim were very helpful with all my questions regarding all the bells and buttons ! Only draw back is the tight customer parking area. I am very happy with the car.... still have questions on all the electronics !!!

MATHIAS IS A BULLY, AND A LIAR. DO NOT BUY HERE

This was actually the second vehicle that these folks bought from us. They received a 3 month warranty with it as well. I honestly was trying to help them. When the whole family started screaming at me and accusing me of all kinds of things, I simply told them to leave. As a dealer we go above and beyond to help our customers. I was going to try on this as well, but I will not be insulted and yelled at in my showroom by an entire family . They did not even give me the opportunity to tell them what I would do to help. Too busy accusing and yelling. Sometimes it truly is the customer. Wish there was a bad customer review site. As you can see from our other reviews we take these very seriously , but I will not be insulted and name called by anyone.

Owner

Bought a Passat for my daughter and was told that the center caps for the wheels were already ordered. While completing paperwork to purchase car, I was told the center caps would be sent to me after they come in. It was actually in the contract of what they owe me as the purchaser. I never received center caps. I called 3 different times and each time they say they are going to send them. Still haven’t received. I purchased the car in June. It is August.
