Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick,... don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles. I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales... representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.
Russ was great. Very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and made me feel very comfortable. I went to a few dealers prior to autolenders and the... experience was less than stellar. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car!
I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime so far. This was by far the easiest an non evasive purchase i have ever made. I found a car i liked..they had it... shipped someplace closer to me just so i can test drive it. There was no pushing of extra stuff or financing. I left there getting what i expected for my trade in and paid within my budget for the truck i loved. I will not go anywhere else for my future car buying.
No hassle search for vehicle on the lot after the salesman directed us to location of available vehicles. Buying process was quick and simple. Salesman... made us feel like we were part of a family. Fabulous buying experience would definite purchase another vehicle when the time comes.
Our youngest daughter gets her drivers' license (hopefully) in a month or so. We figured we would start shopping early since we have no experience... shopping for a used car. We thought we had found the right car at a well-regarded used car dealership in Ewing. It was a 2018 Toyota Camry with 12,500 miles for less than $20,000.00. As the oid saying goes, "If it's too good to be true . . .." The car seemed like "this was it." My daughter liked the look, the feel of the cockpit and the way it drove. Well, the ONLY drawback, in our daughter's view, was that it did not have on-board GPS. At first I thought of the alternatives. But, she's 17, inexperienced, has friends from school that live in other towns, these are not the safest times for young girls and other concerns. So, we deferred to these concerns and vowed to press on. We had been to AutoLenders earlier in the week, but didn't see anything of interest. My daughter and I went back on a Tuesday, late afternoon. Still, just couldn't seem to find one within our price range with GPS. After about 10 minutes, Joe Milisic came out and we talked about what it was that we were looking for. He made a benign sales pitch of the overall philosophy of AutoLenders and I felt it was an appropriate opening dialogue. he left us alone to carry on with our quest. While I was looking in one area, my daughter went off on her own to search in another. Then, she called me over. It looked promising. We went back to the showroom and Joe got us the keys so that we could take a test ride. Yep, this is the one - just need to clear it with my wife. She came out later that evening and she and Joe went over the nuts and bolts, so to speak, of the transactional process. Short story, I was able to surprise our daughter with her first car on Thursday. She's the beaming, proud parent of a 2017 Nissan Maxima WITH GPS. It is a beautiful car. Warmest thanks to Joe for his more than professional approach and demeanor. I met Scott when I picked the car up - on short notice. He was great. We anticipate that the car will be problem-free and that our daughter gets years of use. First time buying a used car and it was as stress-free as could be. We'll be back.

A very accommodating, efficient, and trustworthy operation. I dealt with Russ Francis in Sales, Chris Murphy in Sales Management, and Scott Midgley in... Corporate (MVC paperwork, etc.). I contacted Chris to set up a test drive. Russ had the car waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership the next day. Russ and Chris also pulled similar makes/ models for easy comparison. All my questions were answered fully and intelligently. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles and discuss my trade-in options. Pricing was extremely fair and the vehicle I decided upon was in perfect condition. Scott processed the key ownership documents as I was transferring my personal belongings from my old car to the new one. The entire car-buying process was done in about an hour -- and this included multiple test drives. The staff is friendly and helpful rather than "pushy." They check in with you several times after the sale to make sure you're satisfied with your vehicle. They clearly aim for (and earn) repeat customers. A great dealership. Will buy from them again.
