I’d like to first point out, I have not personally visited this dealership. So, to give those reading this review a little insight as to my situation,... I live in Mississippi, but work on the river for a company out of Chicago Illinois. So when shopping for a new vehicle my search area was large... yesterday while having some down time, I came across a 2018 Titan 4wd, gas burner, tires wheels lift new.. asking price was amazing! 34,000 and change! So I immediately emailed and inquired... after a full 48 hours of back and forth questions, getting excited and etc. I pull up the truck on the dealerships website about 5 minutes ago from now, in an attempt to show my coworker, only to see that they’ve decided to jack the price up by TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND.... it’s kind of ironic how I asked for a phone number to speak to sales further, only to get ignored most of the day, and to turn right around and find that once they figured out I work offshore, they think they’re gonna slide one past me?? HA! My pops sold cars for 25 years and was dang good at it.. nice try fellas... you THOUGHT I was going to go 3 hours out of my way home after working 252 hours in 3 weeks only to find out you jacked the price up on me? You clowns should know it’s a xxxx good thing I realized it when I did versus finding out on your car lot cause i would have shown my xxx. To those uncertain of this dealership? The telling reviews tend to be a ways back (6 months to a year from today 3/23/19.

Immediate help via phone though missed hearing and forgot to ask about an estimate on time involved Waited in the car for help. A customer behind me got... out of their car for help. So a small thing- someone saying I will be right with you or you are next. Still, overall a good experience. A thorough check up.

Right now still having a few issues. Love the truck. Trying to get scratches off of hood due to bad detailing at the dealership. I have taken it back... twice and still not fixed. My salesman assured me it will be taken care of. Both times they have buffed it and have left white stuff on everything. So I am not real happy with the detail department.

Service was friendly, thorough and efficient. After problem was diagnosed, I got a rental car. The parts were ordered, adjuster reviewed car, and work... was completed.
