Darrin the Maintenance advisor did an awsome job grèeting

Darrin the Maintenance advisor did an awsome job grèeting and keeping his customers informed about the progress of there cars. During my total wait time he seemed to be the only active Maintenance advisor checking in customers. Due to his professionalism I will return to this dealership again.

I had a great experience from start to finish especially

I had a great experience from start to finish especially with my salesman. The finance manager who did all the paperwork and explained everything to me about the different options that I had and I did choose one of the options for my vehicle. So overall I get my whole experience there that day a 100% for their customer service.

When I arrived, Gabby, Renee, and the rest of the ladies

When I arrived, Gabby, Renee, and the rest of the ladies were friendly, courteous, and really made me feel as though they cared about me and the vehicle. Not hoping to go back soon but I hope that they're still there with the Give A Heck Vibe.

Caught them lying about performing service on my Rogue 3

Caught them lying about performing service on my Rogue 3 times withing 2 days of going to the dealership. The vehicle was never touched and I was told 3 time it was completed. There was no coolant in the reservoir or any washer fluid in the washer fluid reservoir. So I new they did not even change the oil. What really made me irritated about the whole incident is they acted like it was no big deal after lying about it 3 times. So there is no telling how many other people that have taken their vehicle in for service and were lied to about it being done.

I came in to get my vehicle checked for an electrical

I came in to get my vehicle checked for an electrical problem. The service writer was a new employee. I have a service contract and thought that my visit would be connected to the service contract instead I was quoted a $185 service diagnostic fee and advised that I needed a $500 battery Long story short I feel that as a courtesy a free battery check should have been the initial check then given the option of going further to see if there was a more severe problem. The service writer did adjust the diagnostic fee I ended up going to another facility to complete the service. I felt that there was an overcharge for this situation. Hopefully if there is a future service need I will get a service writer that exemplifies helping the customer in a more sensitive manner. This is just a suggestion for a better customer experience.

Nate was incredibly helpful with our double purchase!

Nate was incredibly helpful with our double purchase! We had spoke prior to visiting the dealership and he was ready with the majority of the items when we arrived. Though we did not plan on purchasing the second vehicle-we are so grateful that Nate took our wishes into consideration and made us an incredible offer.
