BBB rating is a C and after seeing some of these reviews, I can see they have done and continue to do the same thing to customers. Dealership is 5 years old and I can't imagine them being in business for long.

Going to dealerships can be stressful and this dealership is the worst! At all cost avoid this dealership. As you can see, the reviews are true. They get... offended if you don't take their word for it or question the costs of each item including the added security cost that they add and expect you to pay for. If you do get a mitsubishi, I would recommend going with other dealership or just get a different brand to avoid these people.

I went and put my car purchase on line and made my deal and was prompted to go to the dealer pay my down payment and receive my car and I got their and... was denied my car and then got an attitude for showing the deal and statement on my emails that said to come sign papers and get my keys no I got a waisted time and then treated like xxxx dont buy from them they are not friendly and dont want to sell cars

They lowered my credit score by putting unnecessary 7 hard inquiries on my account. Tried to talk me into a sale and not willing to negotiate a dime. Pretty... bad experience, stay away...
This dealer would do everything to scam you. I immediately didn’t trust them as soon as they switched my associate and sent me Jakie “The Scamer”. As soon... as we started talking and she knew i wasn’t going to purchase the so called “Service Contract” she became very aggressive and disrespectful. After finding out that i wasn’t going to buy any extras, she and her Manager Ayman, forced me to buy extra product that i didn’t need or want. They told me those cleaning “Zurch” and what they call “Security Guard” comes with the car and they have no way of taking them off, so i had to pay for them if i want to purchase the car (no option) They put couple of inquiries on my credit score for bo reason, i asked them to apply my finance with chase, who actually sent me to that dealer, but they refused to do so, and they refused to even apply for me with chase. I could go on and on about this dealer, but my advice is do everything you can tp avoid this dealer, they are not on your side, and you’ll have a horrible feeling of buying a car from someone who really don’t care about you or your finance. It felt like a third world country when i was there, felt like the law doesn’t apply there. They’ll even make you sign a paper (or no deal) that says you can’t sue them based on what they tell you. Avoid this dealer at any cost.
Dear Mustafa, I usually start my emails to customers who leave us an unsatisfactory review by an apology for not meeting their expectations. However,... this will not be the case this time because your review to our store is unreasonable and I will tell you why in the next lines. First, I know our employees and we have trained them very well to deal with our customers and transparency. Secondly, I myself (Ayman) was not at the store on Sunday so you could have never dealt with me as you indicated in your review. Thirdly, because you indeed ended up buying the car from us but you bluntly indicated that you haven't in your review.(See above:Did you purchase a vehicle from this dealer? No.) Since you've taken the time to tell your story, I want you others to hear it from us. You came to us on a Sunday morning after seeing a car online. We've discussed the deal with you and you said that you did not like what we offered you so you left. We thanked you for visiting our store and hoped that we can do business with you in the future. After couple of hours, you came back to us. Perhaps you went some where else and made a decision that our vehicle is the best deal. At this point, Jackie helped you and went over the deal quote one more time. She did her job by offering you some optional extended service contract which you refused. She also explained to you that some of the products that are already applied on the car are not optional and that fact is stated in our advertising. Please refer to our website's footnotes to see what I mean. With all this being said, you still had the option to not buy the car. However, you decided to pursue the purchase. When you signed our contract, which by the way is a standard contract in California, you decided to read it line by line which is totally fine with us. So in a nutshell you knew what you were are getting yourself into. What you understood as a "restriction to sue us," is nothing other than an arbitration agreement which means you can sue us but instead of going to court we go to arbitration directly in front of a judge. You mention in your review that you had "no option" but to by the car which is totally untrue and at the same time absurd. You are a smart man and you could have simply walked away from the deal had you not being satisfied. In addition, the reason we had to put inquires on your credit is to find you suitable financing option. We also gave you the option to find your own financing but you willingly elected to go with our options. If you think that it is moral and ethical to leave a review that slanders and defames someone's reputation, then we can't change your mind and we respect your freedom of speech. In conclusion, I am giving you the option of returning the car to us in the next 48 hours as long as it is in a similar condition to what it was when you took it from us. We will refund you all your money and share with you a cup of coffee.
It was a great experience on the internet shopping for a new and used car . People were friendly and I got a response over the phone with in 48 hours
I could not have been happier with the excellent service, I recieved from the amazing team at Hayward Mitsubishi!!! I would reccomend them to everyone!!... I had some issues with "looking good on paper" other dealerships turned their noses up at me! Not this place, they looked at me like a person and got me into the exact Jeep I was dreaming of! They helped me change my life and I won't forget it!!!
I bought a car at this dealer, and the sold me this car with a dead key that they just programmed for sale, and after a week i start to have headeches... with it. I just went there to solve the problem they sent me to the nissan when i get in there they said the key was messed and i would have to buy a new one. When i called and went there they said they would not pay for it, acting like if they didn't know what was going on. I had a friend who just bought a car here amd in a few weeks he had a wheel bearing and guess what when he went there to get it fixed ? They said they didn't have anything with it. STAY AWAY! Go for a decent and reliable dealer and otherwise this place is gonna give u just headeches
Jackie was helping as since we get at the dealer, and she did great all the process of buy the car as we need , am buying cars from them since 2012 and... all the time it's been a great experience they try to help you a much they can as long you tell them your budget Ayman Moussa and his family team find the best deal for you. definitely a dealer to bring your family member or a good friend
