I had an awesome experience with everyone I encountered at Travers. My salesman was very patient and understanding. He took the time to show me vehicles on their other lot. The finance team worked hard on getting me the best rate available.

They seemed to be professional when you first meet, as soon as they think you don’t have enough money to put down then they ignore you for updates instead of being truthful whatever the case may be, they stop texting and calling but call your phone like crazy then get up there then it’s different I wouldn’t recommend this dealership they don’t go above and beyond for all customers xxxxxxxx!!!

In all of my years of car buying, I have never run into a more inept salesperson. No knowledge of how to perform basic vehicle functions, excuses for the incredibly poor vehicle presentation, and a total lack of listening to the needs of the customer. I was embarrassed for the salesperson, the condition of the vehicle, and disbursed by the overly aggressive sales practice. I would highly recommend NOT doing business at Travers Motor City.

I wasnt sure if my credit was gonna be enough to get me my vehicle my car salesman Andrew was the best got me in a car the same day and when my car needed repairs in the first 30 days he made that happen he went above and beyond for me they are really good people

This place is a joke. I have had my car almost 3 months and I have had it in the shop 4 times now. There is damage to the subframe, the transmission slips, my steering wheel gets stuck on left turns and they dont care. All I wanted was them to give me what I owe and sell me a new one even and they wouldn't do that. They are extremely shady. Go to an actual dealership
