I purchased a 18 Ram from them in March, when the deal

I purchased a 18 Ram from them in March, when the deal was being made the salesman agreed to fix some paint issues/rust bubbles on rocker panels. It was stated that it would be 100% before the truck was sold. The dealer had "bumper bros" paint the rockers and they were good when the truck was picked up. With in just a few months the paint was flaking off and rockers are rusted 10x worse. After I reached out to dealer they stated the salesman doesn't work there anymore, and they don't warranty rust. They said they contacted bumper bros but they won't do anything about it even though it was only a few months later. Spent $25k on a truck that has rusted out rockers. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will continue to not recommend them to anyone who asks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER.

Upon review of the We-Owe documentation we both have in our possession, it explicitly states that the rockers would be painted by an outside vendor Bumper Bros. As agreed upon, this service was completed prior to vehicle delivery. To note, we are more than willing to assist you with setting up an appointment with local body repair facilities to have them assess the corrosion and provide you with a quote for repair. Amazing experience

I had requested some information about a few vehicles on there website and Greg Brown kindly replied back to me with details about the vehicles I was interested in. Plus’s some more options for what I was looking for. I didn’t end up buying from him due to some circumstances of my own but he was very knowledgeable and very helpful into my situation, I really appreciated it! I highly recommend him for car buying needs and will be sending people his way! They have a very nice selection of vehicles in all price ranges worth the time to check them out!

Bad Business

Waited 2 weeks while the vehicle was being repaired. Kept in touch a couple times. Was told it was ready and to schedule an appointment. Chose the next day. Got a text hours before that they sold the vehicle I had an appointment to purchase. After contacting the manager, I was told I should have put a deposit down which was never offered and later mentioned they weren’t taking deposits on it because of the level of interest. Poorly handled. So disappointed in this poor business and the experience.
