DO NOT BUY HERE.

DO NOT BUY HERE...PLEASE READ. This was the worst buying experience ever. The vehicle i purchased had a wrap on it. The wrap didn't look great so I decided to put a new one one. When the wrap was removed, I felt sick. The paint was about destroyed on one side hidden by the wrap and concealed by these fraudsters. I gave Fernando several opportunities to make it right and he didn't. All he did was deflect blame. In fact he said "everyone" knows a wrap can ruin paint and that its "common knowledge". Fernando admitting this is enough to give him a legal duty to warn of this. He chose not to. I am making a claim under the TX DTPA for fraud and misrepresentation. For anyone else out there that has been scammed, please reach out to me. I will help you also file a claim under the TX DTPA. Regardless of which state you live in, I will help you for free. This cannot continue to happen. Buying a car "as-is" does not protect a dealer from implied warranties. Two of which include the implied warranty of merchantability and of suitability. Also, they have my trade in I traded in listed for sale and HAVE NOT paid it off with my lender. This by the way is ILLEGAL. Just to give you an idea of how they deal. Terrible

DO NOT waste your time Witt this place!! They are crooked!! Will cancel appointments with no notice and sell cars from out under you! The older cats are JUNK DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

poor service

We bought a 03 H1 Hummer for 99000.00 which we paid upfront without seeing it and we where told it was 100 percent, well the vehicle got shipped to us and it was bad, needed brake cables, needed Air Condition Pump, heat vent where disconnect and broke, door handle in the rear was broke, glue all over the place and we contacted Tony the xxxxxxxxxxx-Fransico-xxxxxxxxxxx which we think it's the same guy as Tony and they gave us the run around, never ever again will we deal with these guys, they tell you what you want to here when your buying but when it came time we called them they said it was good, buyers beware of East Dallas Diesel and Tony-Fransico.

Fantastic!

We are not from Texas.  We are from Oregon.  Pandemic hit just as our 2004 duramax decided to quit for the last time with 312,000 miles on it.  We found out quick that trucks were hard to come by with all the production interruptions so we widened our search because there was NOTHING in our price range in our area.  We started with Portland, then Oregon, then U.S.  Thanks to Cargurus we found our truck at East Dallas Diesel.  We bought it for a fair price with very nice people.  They detail at their shop and it was immaculately displayed. We drove there with a borrowed car and trailer to pick it up.  They found us a reasonable hotel until our Oregon financing was completed and even offered to take us to dinner.  The truck we bought is 2012 duramax dually and we couldn't be happier.  Fuel, blue def and regular oil changes are the only things it has needed and we have put 15,000 miles on it in the 4 months we've had it.  They made this deal an absolute dream for an out-of-town buyer.   If I ever need another truck, we will skip the rest of the search and start there because I know they will take good care of us.  Tony and his dad are both phenomenal to work with.  This endorsement is not paid for or coerced in any way!

Crooks don’t waste your time

Total waste of time. I started financing through the dealership with Jim and Francisco. They ran my credit and while waiting approval they told me the vehicle sold without any word or notification from anyone. Totally unprofessional. The vehicle said it sold and the next day I see it up for auction on eBay. They’re trying to bait people in and then crush their hopes and dreams of buying a vehicle. Jim, Francisco and the whole team at East Dallas Diesel are all a joke. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

THIEVES. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS...

Bought a Jeep from this place. Celled them after two or three days because it was making a noise. They did not call me back. Called them two more times afterwards, no return calls. The Jeep needed a new engine. This dealership showed us a false Carfax report. We had to sell the Jeep for much less than we paid for it, This place will not talk to us or respond to us at all. They knew they sold us a Jeep that was in need of an engine. SCAMMERS. WARNING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
