I am so pleased with auto land USA .

I am so pleased with auto land USA . My boyfriend called on Thursday spoke to John about a Nissan frontier . He was so helpful and incredibly honest , caring thoughtful and truly understanding . With in a few short hours we looked at the truck drove it and my oyfruemd was so happy with John .se made the deal which was truly fair . Next day we came back with our trade in and closed the deal .it was truly the easiest and the best way to buy a car or truck .Everyone in the dealership is so nice .it was the most pleasant experience . I highly recommend this dealer ship and John is the best . I truly can not say enough words how amazing John was . No pressure in anyway . He’s wonderful through all the steps of the sales process. My boyfriend was very excited about the truck and John made everything so simple .

We purchased 2 vehicles in August 2024 for myself and

We purchased 2 vehicles in August 2024 for myself and daughter. Unfortunately, from the day we picked them up each of us had several problems. Miscommunication regarding a warranty I was promised but didn’t get the paperwork for. This warranty I never received and the last correspondence was, for an additional $2500 we will add a warranty. However that was included in the initial price from what I was told. The second miscommunication was that I was being sold a flex fuel vehicle which I had a full blown conversation with Tommy about. He must’ve gotten the vehicles in his lot confused because what I purchased is most definitely NOT a flex fuel vehicle. I let these 2 things slide. The day I picked up my truck there was a horrible squeak and clicking on the drivers side front end. Turns out after seeing THEIR mechanic, the brakes were recently done and they didn’t install the hardware correctly upon putting the tire and specialty rim on. The first issue with my daughters was 3 days after purchase. The 1 star given is based on the initial service given by Tommy and John at Autoland when we had the initial problems and his hastiness to rectify the issues. However within the 3 - 4 weeks to follow we were back and forth 6 times collectively, with either repeated issues or new. Not even 2 months later my daughter’s vehicle is no longer drivable. It overheated ,steering wheel locked up. When we popped the hood we see that vehicle was completely out of antifreeze. We refill and it poured out the bottom of the car. Vehicle would no longer even start (not that we wanted to drive it in that condition) however we were 50 miles from home and needed to get it towed back. I reached out to Autoland within hours and never got a response back. The following morning I called and was told I would receive a call back after speaking with Eric, as he was unable to confirm if this would be covered or not because “your belief that it should be taken care of is NOT the same as it actually being taken care of”. Fast forward to the phone call back from Tommy. “You purchased a car with high mileage and we are not obligated to do anything for you” Upon purchasing the vehicle Tommy was very vocal about his day. He had taken his son to his very first car auction and how he was not authorized to be in a certain areas without a badge or something and wasn’t treated the way he believed his son should have been. Tommy was adamant about the huge stink he would be making to the higher ups, because “this kid was so excited and they ruined his first ever experience at the car auction”. Well this is MY daughter’s experience with Autoland. Her dream car with a loan for the next 5 years. Autoland had no problem getting paid for this lemon (which by law would be a vehicle under 100,000 miles) however not offering to rectify this problem in a such a short amount of time is just unacceptable. IF I was able to get the vehicle to HIS mechanic they would’ve taken care of it “out of the kindness of my heart” but because it is NOT DRIVEABLE and I am not willing to pay another tow fee, there’s nothing they can do. Makes zero sense. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and disheartening. The prices they charge for high mileage vehicles they should really make sure they are decent cars before selling to the public. Such a shame.

Autoland is Autoscam

On Autoland’s website, owner Mr. Thomas Cunningham claims that he puts his customer “first in importance;” he is “proud of the vehicles” he sells and assure readers of the “high standards” and “quality of cars” at his dealership. My experience has been that these are disgusting lies: Autoland is the epitome of every stereotype of the dishonorable, fraudulent, scamming, cheating, crooked used car salesmen that consumers dread encountering when they transact business. When a customer buys a car with under 11k miles on it and three days later a check engine light comes on, is that something to be “proud of?” When that new purchase stalls on the Long Island Expressway with your wife and child in the vehicle three days after purchase is that something to be “proud of?” Is that an example of the “quality of car” that Autoland has on its lot? While it’s understandable for a vehicle to have problems, would Autoland maintain that they’re putting the customer “first in importance” when they don’t respond to a customer’s calls and emails about these mechanical problems? When we called and emailed documentation of the engine problem, neither Mr. Cunningham nor the salesman responded. So we drove to Autoland with the check engine light on, over 20 miles, at which time Mr. Cunningham, shockingly, asked if I would be willing to drive the car back another day to have it repaired. Such requests and treatment are not evidence of high standards or customer primacy that Autoland publicizes on its website. Under three weeks later, the check engine light again illuminated for the 2nd time. I called and emailed Autoland to make them aware of the problem. Once again, Autoland has not responded to my calls or emails. After over 6 weeks of waiting for a return of my calls and emails, I, again made the 20+ mile drive to Autoland to seek reimbursement. Mr. Cunningham wasn’t in, I was told, but I was assured he’d call me later that afternoon when he returned to the office. One would expect that an owner who puts in writing that the customer is “first in importance” and claims he has “high standards,” would return my call, but to this day, he hasn’t. From March 17th to today, nobody has returned my calls or email—even after I drove to the dealership to complain...that nobody returns my calls. Ironically, Autoland’s website acknowledges that used car dealerships “sometimes get a bad rap;” my experience with Autoland illustrates that Mr. Cunningham and Autoland’s behavior perpetuate that bad rap. If you’re considering buying a used car, don’t shop at Autoland, where you will be treated with indignity, dishonesty, and incompetence after you make your purchase because after purchase, you are of no importance to Mr. Cunningham and his ethical “standards” are of no importance to himself.

Great Used Car Dealership

I bought a used car for my daughter today. We bought a 2010 Nissan Rogue. They are very honest and do not push for a sale. My daughter loves her car. I will definitely buy from them again.. Great service great people. A big thank you to PETE, MICHAEL and PAUL. Thank you for everything.

Autoland is Awesome!

I bought a great car and got a great price. There was no pressure and I was treated very well. Paul is fantastic and so is the rest of the crew there. They made sure I was happy with my purchase. Would tell anyone to go there.

Pleasantly surprised, very happy!

I wanted to wait a little while after getting my car to write my review. I originally went into AutoLand September 31st to look at cars. The office was very clean and inviting, as were the staff. After I was shown a few cars by Pete, I was able to get a 2015 Chevy Sonic with not so great credit and no co-signer. Not to mention, Paul got me a 3 year warranty! I put a small deposit on the car and brought in the rest of my down payment a week later and everything ran smoothly! My monthly payments even went down from what they originally thought it was going to be, which is great! The process was super easy and both Pete and Paul were super nice and took care of everything for me. I have to say that coming from a family of mechanics and dealing with vehicles and dealerships my entire life, I was totally expecting the typical 'car salesman' phrases and everything. This experience wasn't even like that at all. The experience was fantastic, and the car is even better! I am very happy and want to thank Pete and Paul for their work in helping!

Looking for a used car

If you are looking for a quality used car, run, don't walk to Autoland in Selden NY. Both Peter Mac and Paul (Finance Mgr) were very helpful and were able to get me a great loan rate even though I didn't have the best credit. I am very pleased with my new car.
