Good except it was difficult to get through using the

The tech did not re-connect the cables to my battery
The tech did not re-connect the cables to my battery tightly, so when I stopped to get gas on the way home, I had to ask someone for a tool to tighten the cables. The car wouldn’t start and kept stalling. Sucked!!!!

Quick, efficient, logical. I was able to book quickly. Has a satisfactory experience. I was a little surprised about the 3% CC surcharge, especially considering the costs involved, and the hourly rates being charged.
