My Dream car turned out to be a NIGHTMARE!!!

I've had my 2018 Mini Cooper less then a year. I've had to have it towed 4 times do to the car shutting down. And this last time it cost me close to $1000. I worry when I drive it if I will make it to where I am going. Never in all my years of driving preowned cars have I had a car with so many issues as I have with this car I less then a year of owning it. I am very unhappy with this entire purchase.

Still waiting for a part since October 12,2018

Got Dx test due to heat coming in from the bottom cab on 10-12-18,I called they said part still hasn't come in from Germany and that I will be getting a call when it arrives. I still haven't received a call or message.

Best experience ever

I had the best experience at Long Beach Mini. Ali Nash took the time to make sure my car was washed and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He helped me find the car of my dreams. William Rogoff took great care of me in finance, it was quick and smooth!

By far this is the best dealership I have visited this year. I made a visit this week to inquire about a new mini for my wife, I had all my questions answered, even welcomed by the manager himself. The whole process was easy and very accommodating. Looking forward to get our 2018 mini next year.

A True MINI Dealership!

I purchased my MINI there last month and the experience I had was warm and welcoming, I feel like I am part of the MINI and Long Beach MINI Family now! I've always struggled to find salesmen that are honest and truly care about the customer and not their wallet. I was able to get into the MINI of my dreams, and a shout-out to the service department for putting Sport Stripes on my car! I will definitely be coming back to Long Beach MINI to lease my next MINI...maybe I'll be able to get a JCW next time!

Confused

After several conversations with 2 different Sales Reps, several email inquiries, I asked for pictures to be sent and a spec sheet on the car I was interested in (I'm an out of state buyer - no pictures online of the car). I was reassured to expect an email with the information. I haven't received anything. I'm a serious buyer - I have financing, a professional inspection and shipping all lined up. I'm confused because they could have a sale if they would do as promised.
