I just leased my second Kia, a K4 and I love it! Manny Conteh was my sales person and he was great, explained everything and showed me everything about my new car! I highly recommend working with Manny!

It was our first time at West Herr Kia.

It was our first time at West Herr Kia. We came to see a sorento and trade my Explorer. We felt very comfortable. There . Denver Smith was our salesperson . A great man, was up front and honest and he made a great deal for us. Denver Smith will be a Huge Asset to West Herr Kia .

Our salesman Parker Harris did an amazing job helping us

Our salesman Parker Harris did an amazing job helping us get into our new Kia Sportage! Besides having a great 1st name (twins haha) he worked hard to make a deal that worked for us. He was always there to answer questions and made sure all of the paperwork was in place for a smooth experience. I have to also mention we moved away from Buffalo for work/college, but still made the trip back from Ohio to work with West Herr Kia! Also shoutout to Emily with West Herr Kia who did an amazing job showing us the features of our new car and making the signing process stress free! I would recommend West Herr Kia and specifically Parker Harris for all your car buying and leasing needs.

Recently I had to bring my Car to Kia for Service and

Recently I had to bring my Car to Kia for Service and they took me right away which I like and Didn't need to wait. I told them what was going on and left my Keys with them. The Gentleman that took care of me said not too worry and they will fix it. Before I knew it had some Coffee from there waiting Area which is nice and Clean. My Car was done and I was on the way Home. .. Thank you Kia

A Complete Nightmare – Avoid West Herr at All

A Complete Nightmare – Avoid West Herr at All Costs Consider this 0 stars. Our experience with West Herr has been nothing short of a disaster. We leased a car that is less than a year old, and it has already been towed out of our driveway three separate times. Each time, the issue has been brushed off or minimized, with absolutely no urgency or accountability. Most recently, the car was towed on a Wednesday afternoon. We called the service department Thursday—no one answered or returned our calls. We tried again on Friday—again, silence. When we finally got someone on the phone later that day, they told us they hadn’t even looked at the vehicle yet and provided zero information or updates. We had to beg for a loaner/rental vehicle while they sorted it out. During this same stretch, we were also dealing with an issue on our other West Herr Kia lease and had to make an appointment for Tuesday. It wasn’t until we were there in person that someone finally spoke to my husband and admitted a car part needed to be ordered. That part was supposed to arrive yesterday—but has anyone called to confirm or follow up? Nope. Not a word. To make matters worse, the 2024 Kia Sorento rental they gave us died in our driveway, leaving us without a car yet again. Still, no apology, no consideration, no accountability. Just silence. We have wasted SO much time waiting on tow trucks, picking up rentals, and waiting on the phone all for this issue. We have now been without our vehicle for over a week, with only one update—because we were physically there to demand it. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service from West Herr is shocking. Not once has anyone said, “We’re sorry, this must really stink” Not once have we felt like they actually care. I will never purchase or lease another vehicle from West Herr again. This dealership has been horrible to deal with and has made what should have been a manageable issue an absolute nightmare.

I was reluctant to “Do the Dance” at a dealership but was pleasantly impressed with the straightforward approach to our questions. The deal was actually seamless. Staff was very knowledgeable regarding our make and model. No pressure. Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.
