Look elsewhere for your Ford

They tack on a $1,695 "desert pro package" to most new 4x4 trucks/SUVs, which consists of some worthless door guards, window tint and other snake oil, essentially. They won't remove the package or take the charge off if you are interested in the unit otherwise. Typical dealer scam. Look elsewhere if you can.

Look elsewhere for your Ford

This place sucks.

This place sucks. Liars and over charged for maintenance. Don’t waste your money and time dealing there.

Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever!!!!! This is definitely a customer NO SERVICE dealership!!!! Bought my car there and all I’ve ever gotten is lip service from the service department.

I worked with Joey Riordan on the phone to purchase a Hybrid Escape. He was SOOO enthusiastic, friendly and helpful with absolutely no nonsense! I am from Las Vegas and had an extremely frustrating day with the dealership here. My daughter contacted Anderson Ford. They had the car I wanted in Kingman. Everything was orchestrated perfectly and I got the car DELIVERED that same evening by Nick Anaya....ALSO a most helpful and friendly young man. I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Anderson Ford....Thanks so much.

We are in our 70’s so hoped to buy used car from large,...

We are in our 70’s so hoped to buy used car from large, reputable dealer. Bought good looking car but only made it 10 miles before check engine light came on. Went back immediately and BEGGED to buy a different car but they said no way. Shop turned off light and said just a loose wire. 380 miles later check engine light back on. Paid $100 to have it turned off again but was told if the fuel pump is going out it will be a WHOLE LOT more than that. Shame shame shame on Anderson Ford !!! As far as “friendliness “ they were REAL friendly till after they got our (cash) money. After that it was “ you’re on your own now old timers” . I say again SHAME ON YOU ANDERSON FORD !!!!

Great service for a sale!

Everyone...and, I mean EVERYONE, was just wonderful! No pressure, no "add-ons"..just straight up dealing! Joseph Cox was unbelivably helpful to a 'technolocically challenged" buyer! The sales manager, finance manager, customer realtions individual...ALL were very pleasant and helpful!

Not honoring Internet prices

Be very careful to read final contract I missed I was fine with my interest rate and Internet price but was not happy with price of trade they raised my trade in from 3000 to 7000 . But did not put on work sheet that the sales manager had raised the new car price 3000 and jacked the interest rate up to 22 .50 percent . Asked sales manager to fix it after I signed it but of course the papers were signed . So as soon as i get the finance papers will call finance company and default before the first loan payment .
