Both my husband I work till 6:00 pm, so we arrived in the evening, nothing was said about closing and we where offered to close on the Edge even though it kept everyone there until 10:30. Both Jayson and Trace made the experience painless and enjoyable.

Made a prearranged appointment to purchase a particular vehicle, though on arrival saw several other vehicles of interest. The sales staff was more than generous in arranging for us to inspect and drive the cars until a selection was made. The entire experience was most satisfying. We felt welcome, comfortable and under no pressure as we came to expect from other dealerships that we have entered. The internet sales department or more specifically, Melissa and Brian, were extremely helpful in initiating the transaction upon the initial call and prior to our prearranged arrival. I would highly recommend the dealership. Up to this point we are very happy with the Mustang we have purchased. I have already reported our experience to several other friends who may be interested in the near future of purchasing vehicles. You guys are great!

This dealership is hands down the GREATEST group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Mr. Cecil is a very professional and friendly individual, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought,he treated my 2 kids like they were part of his own family, as well as my wife and I. We were in and out in what seemed like no time at all, and on our way with our new car. I contacted Brian with low hopes of even obtaining an automobile, but to my surprise, he used his resources and knowledge to get us the exact vehicle we wanted and was even nice enough to do a follow up call a couple days later to make sure we were happy with everything, and that we weren't having any problems. As a result, I have told many people about him and the Skillman group and hope that they will come their way for their next auto purchase. This company isn't a 5 star company...they go way beyond that, as does Brian Cecil.

The whole team at Hyundai was wonderful. Darla was very honest, knowledgable, and non-pushy. She spent time introducing me to my new car; she didn't just sell it to me and push me out the door. Mike in financing was also great. He presented me with my options on my lease and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. Another employee congratulated me on my new car as I was leaving the dealership. I would highly recommend Ray Skillman Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a car.
