Most wonderful experience

This is the 2nd time Marcus Borcharding has helped us with the purchase of a vehicle and he is wonderful. We actually went into the dealership and ask for him to service us. I was also very impressed when I found out that the lady who came out on the lot to help us was not a sales person, but someone who knew all we needed to know about the vehicle we were looking at and didn't pressure us in any way.

Upgraded to a new 2017 Ford Escape.

Everyone we worked with was great, full of knowledge and really pleasant, helpful. Great customer service at this location. From the first time we came in last year and spoke to Kevin Knafel and Ben Belding they helped us find our first 2014 Ford Escape. Now we have come back and upgraded to our 2017 Ford Escape thanks to Robert Crum, Kevin Taylor and Ryan West. I also want to mention that we got great service at the beginning of the year from their service department. Thanks for everything, Paul & Jennifer McCain

Great Service

We were 1,500 miles from home when a serious drivetrain problem developed suddenly in our Hyundai Santa Fe. Skillman Hyundai took the car in early in the morning and had it fixed and ready to go by mid-afternoon. Back home now with no more problems. Matt Engel, Service Advisor, was particularly good and helpful to work with. Much appreciated. Clean, well-run facility.

Great Salesman Poor Administration

Again my Response: Mr. Everett: I wanted to send you a copy of the email I sent Aaron Robinson: Aaron, I wanted to email you before I filled out this survey. You were a great salesman and I was totally pleased with the ease of service in purchasing the Sonata. After meeting with Josh in the finance dept. we left. The next day Josh called me and told me there had been a mistake and the Ziebart had not been added in. I told him I had asked in our final deal about that including Ziebart, he answered yes. He did explain however that he thought that was a part of the deal we made and had not added it in. I stated to him that I wasn't paying anymore and that he had said it was included. I am sure you have heard about this. Josh stated that he would have to pay for it out of his pocket and I said to him no. At this point I had not got to look at the Finance paperwork, I thought I had paid for it and I told him I would just bring the car back. He assured me I had not paid for it and then I said if I didn't I wanted it for $400.00 because the mistake had been made. He stated he would have to check. A few minutes later Bryan called me and introduced himself as the Sales Manager and here is what upset me. The first words Brian said was that he understood that I was wanting Ziebart for free. At that point I tried to explain but he would not even let me speak at first. I did raise my voice very loud. I don't deny that however, he would not even give me the chance without accusing me of wanting something for free. I am as honest as they get. He came back at me that I was acting as a child and he was going to hang up. He finally listened and I told him I was only trying to check over the figures of the deal to see what I had paid for. After reviewing the finance agreement I saw I had not been charged for the Ziebart. The part that upsets me is Brian accused me before he even allowed me to speak and the reason again I raised my voice is because he would not give me an opportunity to speak. After letting me speak he apologized and so did I, but he told me he would have Josh call me right back he was on another call. I waited about 30 min. I called the dealership back and ask for Josh they said he had left. I left him a voicemail. He never returned my call and that was disappointing. Overall not the process of buying the car but how it was handled by both Bryan and Josh was very unprofessional in my opinion . Again I am not blameless I raised my voice and shouldn't have. That was unprofessional of me. I am sorry there has been this conflict. Bryan did agree in a few months that he would still allow me to purchase the Ziebart for $799.00. I just wanted to make you aware of how this played out. Everything was cleared up, but accusations was made to me that should not have been made. I wanted you to know about this from my perspective. Thank you for the follow up call this morning. I will have to give some consideration about how I fill out this survey.

Great Experience.

Hyundai makes one of the most dependable and fuel-efficient vehicles on the market. The price is excellent for the quality of the Vehicle. We had a 2010 Hyundai Sonota that has 135,000 miles on it and still runs great with minimal repairs needed.

The Skillman team is top notch!!

We recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu at Ray Skillman Performance Ford. Our experience could not have been better! Sean McCarty, our sales lead, went above and beyond providing photos/info before the car was even listed on the web! Then he introduced us to Wayne Leach, our sales manager, who worked quickly to reach the right value for the car. After the purchase, David Everett, the General Manager, reached out to ensure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. When we told him about a couple of minor items we would like to address, he jumped on it and took care of them right away! Excellent experience! Skillman is definitely our first stop for our next car purchase!
